Bean Point Unit B by SeaBreeze Vacation

For our beachgoer guests, the beach entrance to Anna Maria's sandy, white beaches are approximately 40 steps away. Bean Point Unit B, the lower level of a two-unit home, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Modern amenities include stainless steel appliances and up-to-date kitchen cabinets. The eat-in kitchen, overlooking the family room, creates a welcoming and inclusive space for gatherings and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 also features a king-size bed and uses the hallway bathroom. There's a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Kindly be aware that the pool and outside area is shared with the lower level.

Walk through the laundry room that houses a washer and dryer and you'll step outside to the backyard that has a large heated pool and spa, perfect after a day at the beach. There are lounge chairs, a grill, an outdoor dining table and even a ping-pong table in the garage you can wheel out to enjoy. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the upstairs unit, providing a communal area for all the guests.

Bean Point Unit B is a great option to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants on Anna Maria Island.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
