Relaxing vacation
Beautiful views of the water. It was so relaxing watching dolphins, boats, and even a couple manatees. Many great restaurants were only a golf cart ride away. Hope to return to A.M.I.!

Beautiful Place on Anna Maria
We absolutely loved Serendipity 1 on Anna Maria Island. My family had a wonderful stay overall. The home is lovely, the location is fantastic with beautiful views. We saw dolphins and manatee daily swim by from our balcony. We even watched some dolphins jumping out of the water! The hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us the entire time. If we needed something, it was provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great time
went here on spring break with another family. 10 of us total. 6 kids, 4 adults. we all had an amazing time. the back of this property is not necessarily a beach that you would want to take little kids. but we had a couple of calm days and used the stand up paddle boards, etc. the beach was a quick golf cart ride away. it was just a magical trip. and rick and his wife were very helpful and wonderful hosts! couldnt recommend this place more!

Everything was beautiful, the house was as we expected, very well stocked kitchen ! the communication with the property manager was fantastic! Beautiful views from the porch . the only drawback was that there is a public access point on one side of the house and an empty lot on the other side so there was a lot of public traffic - people walking very close to the house, swimming and fishing right below you and vehicle parking in the empty lot

Worth it!
Great, great location, beautiful views, nice beach, well appointed. Tons of toys from bikes to kayaks, paddle board, ping pong and a super nice golf cart which we used daily. It was the perfect holiday with everything you could possible want or need. Would highly recommend.

Great Getaway
Amazing!! We were so pleased with Serendipity! Super clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! It’s located in a very nice neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Bean Point Beach is just steps away. The view from the porch is tremendous. We loved every minute at Serendipity. We were sad to leave.

The house was great and a perfect setup for our family. Very well kept. They even had some kid safety features like built in “gates” at each of the stairs. We thought we would use the deck a lot more but it was very windy on the bay side the entire time we were there. The property by the water was covered in roots from a tree that had been partially removed. My wife and I spent the first hour cleaning up the sand so that we could put some chairs out there. Also not easy access to the water due to all the rocks. Great views though out of the living room. All in all we enjoyed the house and our time on the island.

Girls Weekend Was AMAZING!!!
We visited this BEAUTIFUL property for a girls bachelorette weekend (there were 9 of us) this property could not have been any more perfect! The porch swing, and breathtaking views is what sold us on the property initially but the amazing experience we had will be what brings us back time and time again.

As perfect as it looks
We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals homes with our four children - this is one of the best ever. Very clean, thoughtfully stocked and well equipped. The use of the beach toys and the golf cart were an added bonus. Check in/out couldn’t be easier and management was very responsive.

Beautiful views but not great for dogs.
I was quite disappointed when I arrived at house and saw there was no beach to enter water in front of house. There are large rocks that look like they have been there a while( green moss covering ). My 13 year old dog ( most likely last beach trip) and two other dogs that I paid a pet fee for were unable to access a beach due to no dogs allowed on public beaches and the beach advertised in the pictures of the house was no longer there. Had I known that pictures were not accurate , I would have chose another property . I did not pay a pet fee for 3 dogs and bring dogs to a beach to have them just sit in the house. Other than the lack of beach for pets- house is great and views of ocean and Sunshine bridge are wonderful. Also short walk down street to a trail to a beautiful beach /Bean point to watch the sunset. House has canoe, several paddle boards which were a big hit , use of a golf cart and bikes. House is fully equipped and all beds comfortable. Over all great vacation- but if you are a dog lover and bringing your fur babies to beach to enjoy , this is not the house for you.

Anna Maria Island and Serendipity made lasting memories for our family! Would highly recommend Serendipity for your next family vacation. The ability to use the golf cart and bikes as our mode of transportation was both convenient and fun! Anna Maria Island is so picturesque with a laid back beach vibe that suited our group fantastically! We will be back!

The house is beautiful and the view from the living room and deck cannot be beat! Golf cart ride to many restaurants and shops. The house is very well equipped and the owners answered my questions quickly. Will rent here again next year!
