This home features 4 bedrooms all with spacious en suite baths, half bath off the living area, custom cabinetry, quartz counters, gas fireplace, wood beam detail in the great room, wood flooring throughout, elevator, impact windows and doors.
The kitchen, open to the great room offers a stand-alone island, breakfast nook, Thermador appliances, double refrigerators and a 6-burner gas stove. Across from the kitchen is a wet bar with wine refrigerator. Enjoy palm tree lined views from multiple vantage points in the great room and kitchen that offers lots of natural light.
The master suite has a private balcony with water views, walk in closet and a rich master bath with free standing tub, walk in glass shower and double vanity.
