Sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge may be enjoyed from your apartment with tall windows facing the bay, private patio, and hot tub! 50 ft of waterfront make this private walk-out garden-level apartment nestled in a small wooded oasis near downtown Annapolis a gem. Walk to the marinas or the Sailing School to catch a water taxi to downtown or book a private sail or fishing tour. Walk to Port Annapolis to get some fresh baked goods at Black Market Bakery.

Access the large 1000+ sf private apartment from a rear separate entrance of this owner-occupied home. There is dedicated space for 2 cars at the end of the driveway.

The King bed is spacious. The Queen sleeper sofa by American Leather is the most comfortable on the market. Note that this apartment is a studio, and the bedroom is open to the living space and queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy high speed internet during your stay. Watch your shows on the flat screen TV using your streaming accounts (there is no cable; bring your passwords to log in to your favorite steaming channels such as Netflix, AppleTV, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.). There is an XBOX and a large collection of DVDs for some old-school movie thrills.

Her attention to detail made our stay effortless, providing all the info we needed before we even stepped foot inside! The property itself is new and cozy, with every amenity you could want. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it a breeze to whip up meals. We especially loved the water toys and the hot tub—what a fun addition! The beds is super comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for another day of adventure. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the patio, soaking in the beautiful views, and it was just the relaxation we needed. Plus, with walkable access to water taxis and a short drive to downtown Annapolis, this place is the perfect launching point to explore the area. Laura is a great host. She provided all the detailed information before we arrived. She is very responsive and very kind to accommodate our special requests. The property is new and cozy. It has pretty much everything you need to cook. The beds are very comfortable, especially the sofa bed. It also has a great water view. We would love to stay here again next time we go to Annapolis.

Beautiful location on the Bay
Overall, we had a great stay, the kitchen was well stocked, and the unit was very clean. Only issue was the chain that you have to unlock and lock every time you enter. I would definitely recommend the property though if you want the great location, beautiful sunrises and easy access to downtown Annapolis.

I loved the apartment. It was very clean and quiet. I loved all the windows looking out on the water. The view was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio in the afternoon watching the sailboats and just looking at the bay. It was close to a grocery store and restaurants, and to historical downtown Annapolis.I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Annapolis.

Unbelievable 27th Wedding Anniversary!
My husband & I chose this exquisite waterfront VRBO for our anniversary. The pictures don’t do it justice! Much larger than we thought. Steps from the water and breathtaking views out every window, it was perfect! Very clean, full size kitchen & a California king (my husband is 6’5 so this was great)! Everything updated & decor is beautiful. Easy to cook a great meal or DoorDash if you prefer. Check-in was clear & simple & checkout was the same. The owner was very responsive & knowledgeable! We had an incredible anniversary and can’t wait to come back!

Waterfront oasis
The property was larger than expected and very comfortable. The views are incredible of the Bay Bridge with beautiful sunrises. It is wonderfully secluded yet close to the Naval Academy and all Annapolis has to offer. Laura, the property owner was very professional and wonderful to work with. We will be back!
