The look of the outside and the lobby does not give the same in the actual room I had a bug in the bathroom. The hotel door didn’t close all the way until I slammed it closed. Everything there you had to pay extra (breakfast should have been included for the nightly rate) You have to pay for parking (insane never heard of that) Balcony was dirty (would not step out there) no pool. Who knows if they even have housekeeping. Didn’t see not one housekeeper that morning . But the staff was nice

I booked one room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in they only had one room with 2 double beds. They explained that they were really busy and 2 queens weren’t available. When I said that’s why I made the reservation months ago the manager replied it doesn’t matter. I had to go to target and buy an aerobed because they didn’t have any roll aways. I requested extra sheets and pillows at 4 pm. After multiple follow up calls I received them at 1130pm.

- Didn’t care for the “nickel and diming” environment. Charging $9/day to park at a suburban hotel borders on ridiculous, in my expereince - Don’t appreciate a $60 hold on my card for “incidentals” when I didn’t approve higher - For over &250/night for the room, I certainly wouldn’t expect the toilet to slam down; I also wouldn’t expect doors to rooms to slam shut, either - For some reason, staff thought it was acceptable to leave an empty pizza box in the hallway across from our door for over 16 hours
