I used this hotel as our stay hotel for my boys who shipped to bootcamp. It is across from the Annapolis mall and has restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

Staff were pleasant upon check-in however i called a few hours prior to check-in to ask if i could come a few hours later as i was at an event that didnt end until 7pm. The receptionist was very rude on the phone. The room was clean but the closet was locked for some reason and the sink was draining very slowly.

When I arrived at the appropriate time to check in 4pm, there wasn't a parking space to be had. After driving for 8 hours, I had to make several passes until someone pulled out. Evidently they had a wedding. The attendees were loud and the food was place in the hall outside the banquet room. The food line stretched through the lobby and people were blocking the elevators yet management did nothing.

Some issues with cleanliness of room. Staff was hard to reach when you needed something. Asked for towels one evening and it took three calls and about 2 hours for them to be delivered. Good restaurants in the area and easy parking and commute around the area.

I liked the fact that it is so close to the Naval Academy and at the same tiime far from congestion and a lot of people. The cleaning lady was very very nice and the reception staff were very nice and polite. I would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay while have a medical procedure done at Anne Arundel hospital… this was a perfect spot. Close to restaurants to eat and to access the hospital. Highly recommended this hotel.
