We were very disappointed in that they only clean the room every other day. So that meant you did not have coffee or any of the other small amenities on a daily basis. Half the staff was great and half was rude. We will not stay here again.

The air conditioner system was awful. The room smelt musty. When we went to the bar at 8pm on a Sunday, they had run out of everything. The receptionist who checked us in was rude. On the other hand, it’s a convenient walk to downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in our 5th floor balcony room with a city view! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The Metropolitan rooftop bar just down the street was fabulous too!! Only two issues - although doable, parking is tight and should be free. A high top table on the balcony would be nice. Overall it was a great stay and we will be back!

The staff was nice and friendly. The only downside was the tv service. the first day there the cable/straming would go in and out during shows. The last night we lost service for a little bit.
