Upon arrival, enjoy a smooth contactless check-in experience. While we’re not available 24/7, we’re here to assist you virtually through the app you used to book your stay. Feel free to reach out with any questions or needs—we’ll respond as quickly as we can!
This property is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors, there are no parties allowed. If you would like to host a small daytime gathering, you must first request permission from the host.
Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest.
As you enter the front of the home, you'll find a flight of stairs leading you to the main living area. Upstairs, a bright and spacious family room awaits, offering plenty of comfortable seating, including a full-size pull-out couch. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll walk into the kitchen, where the dining table is located, and continue into the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen then leads you to the patio outside, where you'll find outdoor furniture, a dining table, a gas grill, and a large fenced-in yard, perfect for your furry friends!
To the right of the stairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed and a twin trundle. The bathroom, though not connected to either bedroom, is conveniently located in the same hallway.
Downstairs, you'll find another cozy family room with a full-size pull-out couch, perfect for extra relaxation or a movie night. There's also a pool table for added fun, board games for the kids, and a laundry room tucked inside the closet for your convenience.
The Master bedroom features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom suite, providing the perfect retreat for a restful night’s sleep.

Route 91: This local bus route connects Eastport and Annapolis. You can catch this bus for trips to and from the downtown area, including popular spots like the City Dock and Historic Annapolis. While the closest stops are further away, you can catch this bus at the Broadneck Park & Ride or nearby locations.
Route 70: This route connects Eastport to Edgewater and passes through various parts of Annapolis, including neighborhoods like Arnold. It's a good option for getting to downtown Annapolis from the north side of the city, although the stop closest to Neptune Place is a bit further.
Purple Shuttle:
The Purple Shuttle is a free shuttle that operates within downtown Annapolis. While it doesn't directly service the area near Neptune Place, it can be convenient if you're in the downtown area and want to travel between parking areas, restaurants, and key destinations like City Dock or the State House.

The closest water taxi stops are in the downtown area, near City Dock, which is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from 1172 Neptune Place. New Carrollton Metro Station: Approximately 30 minutes by car from 1172 Neptune Place, this station connects with the Orange, Green, and Yellow Lines of the Metrorail system and also serves Amtrak trains, providing direct access to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.
