This beautiful 65 m² through apartment has a very nice view of the canal and the castle. The charm of the waxed lime colored walls, the old-fashioned ceilings and the exposed beams will delight you. You will find:
A pretty little living room overlooking the canal with a top-of-the-range sofa that can be converted easily into a comfortable bed for 2 people
A large kitchen / dining room with modern kitchen with a stone worktop, fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, multifunction oven, ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine in addition to the filter coffee maker, the kettle and toaster
A pretty hall leading to the bedroom with on one side a bathroom with shower cabin, towel dryer radiator, hair dryer, on the other side of the hall the toilets with washbasin
A large 25 m² bedroom equipped with a large 180x200 bed convertible on request into two 90x200 twin beds, and desk table
High speed WIFI internet access (FIBRE)
2 televisions
All bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds, perfect for a restful sleep

The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street.
The lake is nearby. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll through the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month. In addition to all this, water activities (beach, swimming, boating) and many hikes in the surrounding mountains will occupy your leisure time.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Annecy! Dominique is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the walkability of the area. Great access to the markets, canal, lake, and shops. A few things to know: the property does not provide napkins/linens, Nespresso pods, or laundry detergent so you need to bring your own. Also if you want to rent a beach towel for the lake it’s 5 euros PER TOWEL. So if you like to travel light, and don’t bring a beach towel that’s an expense. All in all it’s a delightful place to stay and I’d recommend it!

Annecy is a beautiful mid evil city, and this apt. was right in the middle of everything!! We were there for the autumn festival (2nd Saturday in October) the parade was just out the front steps!

Perfect Stay in Annecy
This was our second time staying in Le Warens, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is only a five minute walk from the train station, yet it is right in the heart of everything, in the middle of the old town, and right along the Thiou. The apartment is so charming and comfortable, and spotlessly clean! The bedroom is fairly large with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is great. The sitting room (which also has a foldout sofa-bed) is so cozy and has a wonderful view onto the rooftops above and the Thiou below. We couldn't think of a better place to stay in Annecy, and we will definitely be back again.

We had a really nice stay at the Warrens apartment. The flat was extremely clean, large and comfortable. The check in and check out were easy, but the best thing about it is location. The apartment is in the very center of Annecy and one wouldn't be able to place it more centrally than it is. The host was great answering all our questions, giving us tips about places to go and see, and even booking us a good restaurant for the evening. Great place. Thank you, Dominique. Hope to be back one day.

The location of the home was perfect- right in the middle of the old town pedestrian area. House was well equipped. Only downsides are no Ac, low ceiling height, and on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Wonderful apartment in beautiful Annecy
We had a terrific stay in The Warrens in Annecy! The Warrens is a beautiful apartment, very nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. Dominique is a delightful person and an excellent host! Communication before and during the stay was prompt and clear, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple. The apartment is very well maintained and well stocked, and has everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the TGV station and situated right in the heart of Annecy. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the cozy sitting room has the most charming view out the window. We hope to return to Annecy in the future, and we would not hesitate to stay at The Warrens again!

Our experience with Dominique’s 3 apartments was excellent. The location is ideal and everything about the 3 apartments was as advertised. Although 3 flights of stairs up after some parking issues, it was a wonderful building and a perfect launching point from which we could enjoy all Annecy had to offer.

Our favorite place we stayed our entire time in Europe. Perfectly quaint and felt like we were really immersed in the area and lifestyle. Bed was very comfortable, the windows were fantastic, and we appreciated the fan. Great location--easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Lovely apartment in Annecy
We stayed at The Warens for two nights. It’s well situated in the city. It’s decorated beautifully. Has nicely set up kitchen, living room space is adequate for two people and overlooks the canal. The bathroom is small but still functions well enough. The bonus is the shower and large sink are in a separate room from the toilet. The fridge was a good size. The bedroom has a kind bed and was the biggest bedroom in all 4 VRBO’s we’ve stayed at in our 6 weeks in France. Dominique is lovely. The downsides are minimal. It’s on the third floor with three full flights and no elevator, but we knew this and managed. Not set up for someone with mobility issues. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Excellen location in a super-charmy place.
Annecy is one beautiful place to expend some days in the French Alps. The apartment is super located in the center of the old town where it is possible to enjoy fancy restaurants and very nice shopping stores within a walking distance.
