Unique luxury nature cabin by forest and lake - near Legoland - Billund (HOT)

WELCOME TO THE UNIQUE NATURAL SUMMER HOUSE AT KVIE LAKE.

Here you can enjoy life, nature and take a trip to the popular pancake house by the lake. We are also close to Billund where Legoland and Lalandia are. (Only approx. 25 min.)

The summer house is very special and has its own little forest, which makes it very special. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an annex. The home is inviting and has a large family room.

This summer house by Kvie Sø is ideal for those of you looking for relaxation, luxury, peace and quiet in scenic surroundings.
The home
A UNIQUE PROPERTY
The house is from 1979, and extremely charming at the same time as the house is extremely well maintained and cosy. The large wooden terrace is one of our favorite places. The property is completely unique in relation to the grounds, as you feel you are in the forest.

MINIBAR:
The supermarket is only 5 minutes away, but if you need a drink, we offer a hotel experience with our luxury minibar (fair prices). There is a delicious opportunity to get cold soft drinks, beer, water, chilled white wine, red wine, chips and chocolate.
Guest access
- There is plenty of parking in front of the property (free).
- You will receive a code for the door on the day of arrival. (Smart Code Lock) - You can therefore check into the home yourself.

Other things worth noting
There is WiFi - fiber with very good speed. (1000x1000 fiber on the property)

Approx. 300 meters to a lovely child-friendly lake.

1 km to Pandekagehuset and perhaps Denmark's best pancakes, if I had to say so myself... :-)

There is firewood present on the property, which can be used for a wood-burning stove or the fire pit - this can be purchased on the property.

INCLUDED:
Free coffee for the filter coffee, some rolls of toilet paper and basic items. Most likely there will also be rags and whisper pieces.

YOU MUST BRING:
Bed linen and covers, towels, tea towels and dish cloths and other basic items must be brought by yourself.
NOTE: There is an option to buy extra towels and bed linen, so you don't have to bring anything with you. This costs DKK 175 (DKK) per person.

ELECTRICITY AND WATER
Electricity is read electronically upon arrival and upon check-out and is settled at DKK 4 per kWh. However, for the sake of order, read the electricity on arrival and departure by taking a picture of the meter at the front door, and send it to us via AirBnB. Electricity bill will be sent through AirBnB payment request to you after the stay 0-3
Weekdays after the stay, otherwise it can be settled on MobilePay.
