Home from home
Spacious well equipped property. Very private and comfortable. Lovely sun trap all day long, with plenty of shade also. Positioned on the edge of the development with super views. It's a good walk to everywhere but as its completely flat this was not a problem. We really enjoyed our 4 weeks there and would definitely book again in the future. Great communication with Sandy who was also very helpful. Highly recommended!

Property is on far edge of town so car a good idea..apartment clean and good but exterior common parts dirty and unpleasant. Inside all good and as described in brochure. Local agent helpful,competent and easy to contact. Good for me and I would stay again.

A wee relaxing week in the sun at wintertime. I was disappointed in two points that I feel needs raising. We struggled to get the tv to work over three day period until being informed by the caretaker that the box was broken. Worst of all was the fact that a drain cover in the garden was damaged and for the full week we had to keep this covered by one of the plastic sun beds. I think it was pretty poor that we weren’t notified prior to arrival and in fact we haven’t been informed by the owner to this day. A token reduction of a few euros would have been nice but at very least notified as there is always a smell from it. Otherwise the property fits the bill perfectly.

C'è tutto quello che può servire nella gestione della casa come lavatrice, ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie aspirapolvere, ecc...La posizione è ottimale perché vicino alla strada principale ad un passo da negozi, servizi ed altro, situata a circa metà dell'isola ideale per visitare moltissimi luoghi e spiagge a sud e a nord

Relaxing stay
We had a lovely time at this property and would not hesitate to return. There was everything we needed there and the complimentary welcome pack was a great bonus really appreciated as we had a late arrival . The apartment is in a very quiet area and an easy 15 min walk to supermarket and beach . Taxis are cheap and plentiful though if required. Would love to return soon.

Spacious and well equipped in a quiet location.
We spent a month in this property which can really be referred to as a home from home. It is both spacious and well equipped with plenty of private outside space as well. Set on the edge of the resort with plenty of parking next to the property it is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet with the option of taking advantage of everything that Caleta De Fuste has to offer. The Atlantico Commercial Centre and Beach are about a 20 minute walk, a breeze if you are into walking but if not I would recommend car hire. For anyone who hasn't been before, Caleta De Fuste is a lovely resort with nice beaches, restaurants, shopping and a beautiful harbour. I would definitely recommend both this property and the resort of Caleta De Fuste.

Really loved staying here as it was so comfortable, a walk into town wasn’t as long as we’d thought as when we got to Atlantico we went through to the beach and slow walk into town along the prom was lovely . All in all I’d highly recommend staying here,

Great place, great location
We loved our stay here. Nicely presented, big apartment. Parking easy-peasy directly outside the building. We both agreed it's a super location to explore the island - you're half an hour from everywhere (and we went everywhere!). A nice garden surrounds the property, so it doesn't matter where the sun is. Amazing views from the front garden too. Bottle of wine waiting for us, a few starter items in the fridge! Loved it. TV reception is a bit flakey if you care about that sort of thing - we had an Amazon Firestick with us so weren't all that bothered. Management team popped round to say hello and were lovely. Can't recommend the place enough. My only gripe is I had to leave and come home :)

Quality accommodation
The property is well maintained and is lovely and spacious. The front garden is a great area for sitting out with 4 good sunloungers. Oven, fridge washing, machine dishwasher and barbecue are all in full working order. The location is within easy walking distance of the Atlantic shopping area and the local beach. Important is that all the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed a lovely time here and would definitely stay again.

Super modern apartment, clean and tidy garden areas. Had a relaxing and warm break, walking into centre everyday, All the amenities we required. Shame about the internet/TV didn't work properly all week, never mind didn't come here for that.Sandy was most helpful hope she recovers soon from her broken leg tried not to worry her too much.

Excellent Apartment
The apartment is modern, clean and spacious both inside and out and has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday. We've rented many villas and apartments overseas and this property is second to none, an excellent apartment! The only slight negatives we found were: the internet was a bit unreliable at times (not a big issue) plus its location is a good 30 minutes walk to the resort centre where most of the restaurants and bars are located although its only 15 mins walk to the Atlantico Shopping Centre where there are a small number of restaurants and bars. The best restaurants we visited in the resort where we had some superb meals were: Ascension, '15' and Fado Rock. We made an 11th hour decision shortly before the holiday to hire a car with pick up from the airport and this proved to be a good move as its only a few mins drive to the centre, however local taxis are also cheap.
