We stayed there twice this year. We will stay again whenever we visit Antwerp. Nice and quiet neighborhood, room very clean and friendly staffs.

Decent value, 10 min walk
Posted 21 Jul. 2024 on HotelsA decent value for a hotel which isn10-20 minute walk from the main sites. Breakfast was great. Room was clean but small and not a lot of room to hang up clothes. Bathroom was small. The power randomly went out the first night I was there. Not in the hotel, just my room (?). It came back on 30 minutes later. Ask for a room not overlookkng the stadium/concert venue. It was loud with traffic and skateboarding, I can't imagine on a night with a show. I used my ear plugs every night.

Rest assured, this is not a common occurrence and we will investigate to prevent such an incident from happening in the future. In regards to the noise, we would like to point out that we have made partial renovations on our windows in November 2023 to improve soundproofing, and we strive to allocate rooms that provide a quieter environment upon request. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you found our central location to be convenient for accessing the city's main sights. Not comfortable
Posted 24 Jun. 2024 on HotelsThe room was clean but the mattress was very hard and the air conditioner would not cool any lower than 71 degrees. When we went to ask at the front desk they informed us that it would not go lower. Then we asked for a lighter blanket instead. The answer was no. Then we asked for an extra mattress topper and the answer was just ‘no’ We did not sleep well because of all of these issues.

Super simple, comfortable room, little loud from the hall and plumbing but not a big deal. This group is great for travelers like me, who just need a no frills frills place to sleep and shower. I would leave by 10 AM and be out all day, back by 10 -12 PM, shower sleep, shower, leave. If you travel like me this chain is perfect for the price.
