The desk manager was very nice when I told her my concerns. Our curtains were shredded from sun. There were several cobwebs in all the corners. The couch was broke. The breakfast was good. Front lobby area was clean. Room was not clean.

The staff at the hotel were great. Even had an issue with a stuck door and management showed up to help. The hotel is just an older hotel. Nothing schmancy but gave us what we needed before our Packer game.

Great hotel. My only complaint was that the sheets weren't soft. But I'd stay here again. Clean, well-appointed rooms, Keurig machines in the room, and good-smelling soaps.

To pay over $300 a night for a room and have no complimentary breakfast is a scam. Instant eggs, instant waffles and sausage for $8, I can go to Dennyā€™s and get a fresh breakfast for that. And the drywall tape on the ceiling in my room is separating from the drywall. I wonā€™t stay at your facility anymore.

One of the bulbs was out in bathroom, was told they havenā€™t received in the mail yet. Inside of the dresser drawers were dirty. We were watching tv, sitting on the couch (sleeper sofa), we were sinking in because it was saggy/old. Bubbles didnā€™t work in hot tub, was told theyā€™ve been having issues with it. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning in room worked well.
