The listing for this property wasn't accurate. Upon arrival, we found the number of bathrooms was wrong and the air conditioner wasn't working. It was 78 degrees in the house (at the end of July). The manager insisted that the air was working, until we sent him a video of the outside unit fan not moving when the unit was on. The manager was helpful in delivering a couple fans to the house, which cooled the bedrooms so we could sleep. He told us that repair was scheduled for the next day, but no one came and we received no updates from the manager. After we reached out, he assured us that he was trying to get someone in the next day. Still no one came to fix it. The manager again said he would try hard to get someone out the following day, but we ended up going all weekend without air conditioning. After expressing that we were dissatisfied and asking for a partial refund, he was agreeable. On the day of our departure, the manager told us he would process our return during the week. It has been 4 weeks now and after several promises by the manager that our refund was being processed, we have yet to receive our refund. This manager does not follow through on his word.
