For those patrons who are given even numbered rooms, the drone of I-41 traffic could be problematic. Being senior citizens with the very common at home sleep habits referred to as 'sleep divorce', we wear earplugs for personal preference when we are in the same room sleeping. I would recommend getting some engineering input as to how to provide greater sound insulation for the east side windows.

The stay was fine until we had to call the front desk the first night due to noise complaints. Plus we had problems with our shower head but was fixed for the second night. We loved how there was a bar on the property

Overall was good, only things were that the booking website said the rooms were soundproof, which is not true. There were multiple occasions where the people next to us or in the hallway were very loud. Also the shampoo, conditioner and body wash they provide smelled really strange, like an old spice cologne maybe? Normally that wouldn't be an issue but we forgot to pack body wash this trip. Otherwise staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee were good.

The hotel was nice overall, but the shower door didnā€™t close, the mirror was rusty, and the grout peeling. Also the hotel was out of coffee in the morning (8:45am).

Our stay was great here! Best hotel we have booked with in a while. Room clean, housekeeping excellent, and front desk folks were very attentive. The bar area and restaurant was convenient and entertaining! Will definitely go back to this location!

The hotel itself was nice, Our room was dingy, and the bathroom was tiny. Our room faced a very busy hwy and was loud. It was not our Double tree experience I am glad we only stayed one night.
