In a village listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France," along the Allier River, in a peaceful setting, beautiful 1900 house with a medieval Berrichon style, 200 mĀ² - Stunning panoramic view of the Allier from the elevated courtyard - Beautiful enclosed grounds, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), awning, swing - outdoor pool.

The Accommodation Ground floor: Entrance, large living/dining room (fireplace) with double exposure, separate kitchen (microwave, freezer compartment) - 3 bedrooms (2 with a 140 cm bed each, and 1 with two 90 cm beds) - 1 bathroom/toilet - 1 shower room/toilet - 1 toilet with sink.

First Floor

2024: 1 bedroom with three 90 cm beds
FROM 2025: 1 bedroom with three 90 cm beds - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed.

The house is stunning, lots of space inside and well equipped. Lovely gardens, the front with a beautiful view of the river and with morning sun, the back of the property with a terrace and big table, BBQ area wonderful meadow and pool. Must return!

Loved his little medieval village!
The home is really lovely. We loved the village and met some interesting residents Ć©veil we walked around. I would stay again in a heartbeat. It was comfortable for our group of 8- plenty of space and everything we needed. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place in an outstanding environement
This is a beautiful place, stylish and absolutely magical. The house is at the entry to Apremont-sur-Allier and it is very private and calm. The garden is magnificent. The pool is clean and large. Internet is really fast (important for the kids)! We have spent long evenings with family and friends at the large table in the garden, enjoying French lifestyle and food. If you are looking for a place to slow-down and relax, here it is! And if you like wild swimming, the Allier is just in front of the house. The local support and service is very friendly, reactive and supportive. All-in-all a fantastic experience. The place to be in the area!

Splendide sƩjour !
Nous avons tous vraiment apprĆ©ciĆ© ce sĆ©jour. Dā€™abord parce quel e gĆ®te est vraiment grand, ce qui ne ce voit pas sur les photos. MĆŖme la taille du jardin ! Mes deux petits-enfants de deux et quatre ans ont pu profiter Ć  fond du lieu, courir, jouer, sans restriction, ce qui est inapprĆ©ciable. Et puis lā€™emplacement Ć©videmment, face Ć  lā€™Allier avec les vols dā€™oies sauvages, dans un calme que citadin je ne connais pas vraiment mĆŖme si je vis dans un quartier paisible. Quā€™est-ce que nous avons tous bien dormi ! Je ne peux oublier la rapide proximitĆ© des commerces (grandes surfaces Ć  vingt minutes en voiture). Enfin le parc floral est vraiment magnifique et Ć  cinq minutes Ć  pied en longeant l'Allier dans un espace piĆ©tonnier. Bref notre sĆ©jour ne fut quā€™un immense plaisir. Vraiment. Nous nā€™excluons pas de revenir tant nous nous sommes plus dans cette trĆØs ancienne maison.

Cette maison, ses extĆ©rieurs, son environnement sont superbes. Elle est trĆØs spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons apprĆ©ciĆ© la belle salle Ć  vivre avec ses canapĆ©s et sa grande table de salle Ć  manger ; la cuisine bien Ć©quipĆ©e et spacieuse pour cuisiner ; le salon de jardin ; la cour pour garer les voitures et bien sĆ»r la vue sur l'Allier. Nous avons adorĆ© la localisation Ć  l'entrĆ©e du village d'Apremont et le magnifique parc floral oĆ¹ nous sommes allĆ©s 2 fois puisque l'entrĆ©e est valable toute la durĆ©e du sĆ©jour. Un grand merci Ć  Karine Ć  l'arrivĆ©e et Ć  Louise pour ses rĆ©ponses Ć  toutes mes questions de logistique. Nous serions ravis de revenir dans ce bel endroit.

Nous avons profitĆ© des plaisirs de la riviĆØre (une charmante petite plage se trouve tout proche de lĆ , accessible Ć  pied), dĆ©couvert le charmant petit village et ses attraits, entre autres le parc floral. En pleine canicule du mois d'aoĆ»t, le gĆ®te est restĆ© frais et les extĆ©rieurs splendides offrent Ć  toute heure un coin ombragĆ©. Nos trois enfants (entre 2 et 8ans ) ont apprĆ©ciĆ© le matĆ©riel de puĆ©riculture, les jeux et jouets Ć  disposition.
