Atenção aos detalhes !!!!
O apartamento está bem localizado num bom bairro de Aracaju. A limpeza geral do imóvel estava ok, mas o box estava sujo e as portas tem aspecto 'encardido". O ar condicionado é antigo e muito barulhento. Funciona bem apenas se o quarto ficar fechado. O ventilador que estava na casa estava arrebentado, trouxeram depois de 01h30 o que está na foto do anúncio. Falando em fotos, fogão e geladeira não estão mais novinhos como aparentam. O fogão não tem mais tampo de vidro e só duas bocas funcionam. Leve fósforos, o acendedor também não funciona. A geladeira está com vários pontos de ferrugem, causando aspecto ruim, além de não ter mais do que uma prateleira superior na porta. Os móveis da sala tbm não são mais os que estão nas fotos. Se for cozinhar ( como eu pretendia), leve utencílios ! Não há : tábua de corte, faca de corte, frigideira, panela de pressão, microondas. Há apenas três panelas comuns, duas colheres de pau, uma faca de pão e uma espátula. Somente 2 pratos rasos e 2 pratos fundos, 2 xícaras, dois copos e alguns talheres. Não há travessas ou potes para acondicionar a comida. Como a geladeira não tem prateleiras, fica tudo meio apertado por lá . Não havia papel higiênico no banheiro e fui cobrada 20,00 pelas toalhas de banho que não estavam disponíveis. Reclamei e não houve nem uma menção em me devolverem este valor! A piscina que consta no anúncio, fica " no vizinho". Nem quisemos ir ver. O estacionamento é aberto, na frente do imóvel, na calçada. A máquina de lavar é nova e funciona bem . Depois disso tudo tentei cancelar a estadia quando vi as condições gerais do imóvel mas nem a anfitriã, nem o site resolveram a questão, então atenção , pois sua reserva não é REEMBOLSÁVEL e não se importam se você gostou ou não do imóvel, ou se está de acordo com o que foi anunciado. Vamos ver agora se publicarão esta reclamação.
