Estadia boa. Destaco o atendimento da recepcionista na minha chegada onde comentamos sobre o cartão fidelidade da Accor e indaguei da dificuldade que eu teria em identificar, em minhas viagens, se o hotel seria credenciado à rede. Tive uma grata surpresa quando fazia o checkout, e descobrir que a recepcionista que fez o checkin (não me perdoo por não lembrar o nome), havia deixado uma relação MANUSCRITA com os hoteis disponíveis. Acima das minhas espectativas.

Toalhas velhas, pia do banheiro entupida (mais dois quartos ocupados por familiares nas mesmas condições). Quarto de casal só com uma toalha. Café da manhã tumultuado no domingo, só uma funcionária para atender, faltando alimentos,pratos, xícaras . Parabenizo a funcionária pois diante de tantos problemas teve tranquilidade para atender a todos na medida do possível e das condições disponíveis. Parabenizo também a equipe de funcionários da recepção, copa, cozinhas e camareiras .
