Very quiet apartment in a residence block in the wild nature of Sardegna (you can sometimes see fawns near the house). The apartment is nicely furnished, full of light and fresh. Es ist in der Vorsaison einsam. Aber dies wollte ich. Man ist umgeben von einer unglaublichen Natur. Strand direkt vor der Tür, 180 Grad Meerblick vom Balkon, gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment, Berge, Lagunen, kurvige Straßen… ungezähmte Natur. Traumhaft. Einkaufen und tanken sind 18 km weiter weg - Guspini. Das muss man wissen. Tank voll, Lebensmittel kaufen und ab. Danke Francesca!!! 😍😘

Una vacanza a colori: verde natura, azzurro mare e arancio tramonti
L’alloggio di Francesca è molto bello: spazioso e attrezzato. La mancanza dell'aria condizionata è compensata dalla presenza del vento (o almeno così è stato durante il nostro soggiorno) e di alcuni ventilatori. Dal terrazzo si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Se non ci si accontenta dei servizi presenti a Portu Maga (1 ristorante, 1 minimarket e 1 pizzeria da asporto), la posizione del villaggio obbliga ad almeno 20 minuti di auto per trovare un centro abitato con maggiori servizi: un piccolo prezzo da pagare per vivere una Sardegna poco convenzionale. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse spiagge (non attrezzate) raggiungibili in auto belle e non affollate anche la prima settimana di agosto. Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Serenella che ringraziamo per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Nel complesso valutiamo molto positivamente il nostro soggiorno a Portu Maga.

Sehr schön, gute Aussicht, gute Ausstattung
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht, einem Kinderzimmer mit genug Platz für zwei Kinder und einem schönen Schlafzimmer, eine geräumigen Terrasse mit viel Sonne und einer zweckmässig ausgestatteten Küche. Einzige Nachteile: Kein Wlan, das ist aber auch nicht Teil des Inserats, die Parkplätze in der Anlage waren bei unsere Aufenthalt etwas knapp, und der Fußweg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung bedarf wegen der Steigung etwas Puste.

Die Strände in der Nähe inmitten der Dünen sind großartig. Es waren nur wenige Menschen da. Die Wohnung liegt in einer der einzigen, unansehnlichen Wohnanlage, die die ansonsten so schöne Küste verunstaltet. Der Balkon der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Man hat einen tollen Meerblick. Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung, auch wenn sie komplett zugestellt war mit den Sachen der Besitzerin. Für uns war lediglich eine die Hälfte einer Kommode mit 3 Schubladen freigeräumt. Ein bisschen weniger Zeugs wäre mehr gewesen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Unglaublich schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse, allerdings ein relativ steiler Weg zum Strand, da sich die Wohnung ganz oben auf dem Berg befindet. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht (auch zum Kochen etc). Die Straßenanbindung ist allerdings sehr holprig mit vielen Schlaglöchern und Serpentinen. Der Strand vor Ort ist unfassbar schön und wenig besucht, die Strände der Umgebung sind ebenfalls wunderschön. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass die Lage sehr abseits gelegen ist, was wir sehr genossen haben! Die Kommunikation war super.

Un posto meraviglioso
Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è stata la sistemazione perfetta perché a noi la vacanza piace così. Portu Maga è un piccolo complesso residenziale nel cuore della Costa Verde. Incantevole e rilassante. È una zona molto autentica della Sardegna, direi per intenditori. Dico questo perché è fuori dal turismo di massa. Non ci sono intrattenimenti particolari, i centri commerciali sono difficili da raggiungere, no discoteche, no pub, le strade sterrate e i guadi per arrivare alle spiagge più belle, e pure i benzinai sono rari… ma la natura il mare la spiaggia i profumi e il cielo senza paragoni. La spiaggia sotto casa è ampia e poco affollata. A pochi minuti di auto ci sono le dune di Piscinas e altri luoghi incantevoli. La casa di Francesca è molto piacevole silenziosa e rilassante e dotata di ogni confort. Dal terrazzo si godono tramonti da favola tutte le sere. Sarebbe bello tornarci. Grazie!

Bellissima Costa Verde
L'appartamento è confortevole e spazioso, in una bella posizione, con vista panoramica sulla spiaggia di Portu Maga. Posto tranquillo, ampia terrazza con vista, dove mangiare o rilassarsi. Vicino a Portu Maga si trovano Piscinas e tante altre belle spiagge e cale. Si può visitare il museo della miniera di Montevecchio e altri siti interessanti. Unica cosa da considerare che, vista la geografia della costa, per raggiungere centri verso l'interno (ad. es. Guspini, Arbus) dove fare una spesa un po' più seria bisogna fare delle strade di montagna strette (e lo stile di guida di alcuni lascia a desiderare). Però se vi piace piace essere in una posizione meno frequentata, non credo ci siano problemi: basta organizzarsi. Con Francesca non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, ottima comunicazione, molto disponibile con suggerimenti e informazioni. Raccomando il posto a chi piace il mare, la tranquillita' e la natura selvaggia. Non lo raccomando invece a chi cerca posti affolati, chiasso estivo e vita notturna.

Perfekt zum Erholen
Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Sie ist gemütlich, ausreichend eingerichtet, mit recht großem Balkon und toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Gegend ist perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub, auch oder gerade im Oktober. Die schönen Strände hat man fast für sich alleine und Wetter und Wasser sind noch warm genug. Mit ausreichend Kondition und Abenteuerlust (die Wanderwege sind oft recht steil und schlecht markiert), kann man die Wohnung aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für einen tollen Wanderurlaub nutzen.

Splendido posto
L'appartamento di Francesca è ampio, luminoso e confortevole e, cosa non frequente, anche più bello dal vero che nelle fotografie. L'atmosfera è quella di una casa "calda" e vissuta - seppur molto pulita-, non impersonale come tanti altri appartamenti in affitto. Sicuramente il punto di forza è il magnifico terrazzo con la vista sul mare, un dondolo e un ampio tavolo per mangiare all'aperto. La qualità del sonno è ottima sia per il letto molto comodo, la finestra che da chiusa oscura perfettamente la camera da letto e l'assoluta tranquillità del luogo. Tra tanti pro, se devo trovare un piccolo difetto è il piano cottura dove funzionavano solo 2 fuochi su 4, ma non è stato un grosso problema :) Francesca è stata molto veloce ed esauriente nelle comunicazioni via email, con tante informazioni utili su cosa fare in zona, e Serenella (che ci ha consegnato l'appartamento) molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremmo se fossimo di nuovo in zona.

Tolle Lage, gemütliche Wohnung.
Das Beste zuerst: Der Balkon mit Aussicht auf das Meer ist großartig und geräumig. Es gibt Zugänge vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr geräumig mit einem Hochbett sowie einem Einzelbett. Das Wohnzimmer, das sich kombiniert an die Küche anschließt, bietet einen Esstisch, eine ausklappbare Schlafcouch und ein Regal mit allerlei Büchern und einem (gegenüber den Fotos modernisierten) Fernseher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Gasherd funktioniert gut. Speziellen Bedarf wie Knoblauch- und Orangenpresse sollte man mitbringen, aber die Basics (Bialettis, Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer, Schüsseln, Sieb) sind da. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, aber abwaschen hat ja etwas sehr meditatives (; Vor- und Nachteil: Portu Maga liegt recht abgelegen. Das sorgt, außer im Juli und August, für ziemlich menschenleere Strände - für uns der Grund, hinzufahren. Allerdings sind die Wege zum Einkaufen und zu Ausflügen dadurch recht langwierig. Die Fahrt nach Oristano dauert eine gute Stunde. Das empfehlenswerte Bergstädtchen Arbus mit Fischläden, Fleischern und vielen weiteren Lädchen ist über eine etwas sportliche Bergpiste in 30-40 Minuten erreichbar. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, für mehrere Tage einzukaufen - oder den kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden am Eingang der Anlage nutzen, der die grundlegenden Lebensmittel vorrätig hat. Die Strände in der Nähe sind fantastisch, auf je fünf Kilometern nach Norden bzw. nach Süden wechseln sie sich im Charakter von flach und sandig recht stufenlos auf abgeschieden, steinig, felsig ab - u.a. ein tolles Schnorchelrevier. Flache Sandpartien eignen sich gut für kleine Kinder, direkt vor dem Balkon gibt es einen Abschnitt mit Rettungsschwimmer (saisonal). Einziger echter Nachteil aus unserer Sicht: Die Wohnung ist am hohen Ende der Wohnanlage gelegen. Das sorgt für einen tollen Blick, aber mit mehr Gepäck oder gar einem Kinderwagen kommt man nicht wirklich zu Fuß zum Wasser. Ausgewachsene Zweibeiner mit Rucksack schaffen das aber über vorhandene Treppen durchaus. Mit einem Rollstuhl/Kinderwagen sollte man grundsätzlich zur Wohnung kommen, ich würde mich damit angesichts der steilen Rampe nicht sicher fühlen. Die Übergabe vor Ort ist unkompliziert & freundlich. Gern wieder!

Il tramonto vi incanterà ogni sera con la sua magia
PLUS: La casa è in una posizione privilegiata: fronte mare. Tutte le sere il tramonto offre il suo spettacolo, ogni sera diverso e ogni sera ti incanta. La spiaggia sotto casa è bellissima e nelle vicinanze ne troverete altre, altrettanto belle. Ci si addormenta cullati dal suono delle onde In spiaggia troverete poca gente e tanta pace MINUS La casa avrebbe necessità di qualche lavoro di manutenzione. Francesca è una persona davvero disponibile e gentile, e ci ha dato numerosi consigli sui posti da visitare nelle vicinanze ... tutti bellissimi. Io.a Portu Maga ci tornerò!

Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre. Serenella est très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour du 20/07/18 au 03/08/18. Repos dans cet endroit très calme et très nature. La plage est superbe et nous avons découvert de belles petites criques sur toute la côte ou nous avons pu nager seul. Les enfants ont adoré pouvoir aller à la plage à n'importe quel moment de la journée. L'eau était bonne dès le matin un vrai régal. Nous sommes ravis. Merci à Francesca et Serenella.

Appartamento funzionale e arredato con grande gusto. Vista sul mare mozzafiato...pace e silenzio.
Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa due settimane. La meta è ideale per chi cerca mare, natura e tranquillità. La casa è arredata con grande cura e personalità (la terrazza affacciata sul mare è un vero gioiello). La Costa Verde è una parte della Sardegna ancora selvaggia e incontaminata, lontana dal turismo di massa. Per noi è stata una vacanza da sogno!

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr schönem Blick
Wir waren im Juni 2017 zu zweit in der Ferienwohnung und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und hat vom Balkon einen sehr schönen Blick über das Meer. Der schöne Sandstrand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist bei der Lage des Ortes notwendig, da dieser lediglich über einen sehr kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant verfügt. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr unkompliziert und die Betreuerin vor Ort sehr nett. Die Anlage war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts ruhig. Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche bei guter Erholung.
