Beautiful & Peaceful cottage living!
What a beautiful cottage, felt just like home from the moment we walked in the door. Pretty fresh flowers greeted us on the kitchen table. 2 very large size bedrooms & baths...perfectly sized for our stay it was myself, my fiancée & his parents. If you love quiet & tranquil space THIS is the place!! No hustle of a busy hotel...Loved looking out the window at the horses, unfortunately it rained most of the weekend so we couldn't experience too much outdoors BUT definitely plan on a Summer weekend trip & will book here again! Five stars!!

We came down from Ohio to help with hurricane relief and visit with our children who live here. This was the perfect location and had everything we needed. Great place to unwind and relax after helping. Property is beautiful and peaceful. House is very clean and cozy.

We visit Asheville every year at some point. This has been our favorite place to stay. We decided we will only stay here in our future visits. It is so quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax this is the place. There was not a thing my husband or I could say needs to be improved or that we wish they had. The hosts are extremely thoughtful with their starter kit for coffee and fresh farm eggs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We were able to see the horses, fawn and a doe. Go for a walk around the pond. We just Love this place!

Very nice and relaxing stay at the cottage for a long weekend with friends. Kitchen had all that we needed to make a simple breakfast or a larger dinner. It was nice to start the morning with a bit of time in the hot tub and again at the end of the day.

Didn’t spend a lot of time at the property, but when we did it was nice and relaxing! Hot tub felt great after a day of walking around the Biltmore, and the horses and wildlife were so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely tranquil stay
We loved our stay here! Beautiful surroundings, and I enjoyed watching the horses. Hosts have done a fabulous job providing everything needed in the cottage. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Best sleep we've had in ages! Between that and the hot tub, our backs feel fantastic. Looking forward to staying here again next time we're in the Asheville area.

Amazing Family Vacation
The property was absolutely gorgeous. Was so nice to wake up and see the horses in the pasture. Family enjoyed fishing at the farm pond each day. It was awesome to feel so secluded at the property, but be only a short drive from downtown or other shops and restaurants. The house itself was beautiful and we loved everything about it. Would absolutely look to book again when visiting the area.

Simply delightful!
We really enjoyed our stay. The horses came to greet us upon our arrival. The home was perfect; clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen amenities. Beautiful, serene away from it all and still close to shopping and eateries. Highly recommend this property.

Girls’ weekend at Biltmore
The house was perfect for us to get away and enjoy hanging out. Easy access to restaurants when we wanted to go out. Full kitchen for when we cooked and stayed in. It sits away from any neighbors but is close enough to Biltmore. The house was clean and well cared for.

Great Family Stay
The property was very quaint, quiet, and just as advertised. The little ones loved seeing the horses each morning, and taking little walks around the farm. It was a nice stay and everything we needed to be comfortable was provided for. The location is great, not too far from all the parks and trails or the city. Getting around was very easy to and from the farm. Totally enjoyed it and made our spring break getaway memorable!

We had such a lovely time! We primarily used this as our base for exploring the area but the house was cozy and comfortable. It was chilly when we visited so we didn't use any of the outdoor facilities but it was beautiful!

Baby’s first Christmas and Mom’s Chemo
First, I apologize for the late review, the link went to junk mail. Our stay here? Absolutely amazing! Who can complain about sitting on a porch in a rocking chair each morning watching the horses and enjoying a cup of coffee? The home was cozy, and it just felt like home. By the second day, I forgot we were renting it. Everything was provided in the house that we needed, and when I say this house was clean, it was incredibly clean. The owners of the property were around, but weren’t “in the way,” out splitting wood and taking the trash out. We rented this house to celebrate Christmas with my mom, who lives over the hill and through the woods about 10mins away. Despite going through chemo and radiation, she was able to come over and visit every day, and had no trouble getting around the house. The owners even decorated the fireplace up for the holidays! I’m not good at writing reviews, but I can’t express it enough how much our family enjoyed this stay. 100% we’ll be staying here again! It just felt like home. What a wonderful property!

Great Cottage and Location for Asheville and Blue Ridge Area
Everything about the process and property met our expectations and then some. We were looking for a place to explore the Asheville and Blue Ridge Mountains area and this fit the bill nicely. Great older but updated cottage overlooking the horse farm and pond. Communications with the owner were spot-on - largely just what's needed and otherwise very private. Large, well-furnished kitchen, laundry. Hot tub looked nice though we didn't use. We did make use of the fireplace one night. If you're looking for a quick and very tasty Mexican/Salvadorian meal Mary's Burrito is very close by and we made use of it twice. If you want an excellent steak or seafood we found the nearby 131 Main top-notch. We were able to see much of Asheville, the Biltmore as well as hike a number of trails. Loved the comedy bus tour, LaZoom more than expected even though friends recommended it. Definitely recommend this cottage! Didn't bother us but I'll note an adjoining property is a bit of an eye-sore. You only see it as you enter or leave and it looks like additional steps are being taken to "hide" it further. We actually marvelled at it and you'd never know its there from the rental property itself. Just one of those things.
