The villa is set in a rural community it’s about 10min drive to the nearest town Polis. The villa is all that’s required if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

This is a great villa that is well located in a quiet family resort
Our only criticism of the property was there was a real lack of equipment in the kitchen, for example it needed a decent kitchen knife and there were coffee filters but no coffee maker for them. Other than that it was great and the people were really nice

Excellent value for money
A good value break in the sun. Argaka is an agricultural area on the coast with a few beach restaurants but it is quite seasonal. A good selection of bakeries and small shops and a large supermarket in nearby Polis. Car is essential.The villa was comfortable and basically outfitted - cooking facilities and crockery quite limited. Pool spotlessly clean but very cold, good outdoor furniture and sunbeds.

Lovely villa, would definitely recommend a stay here!
This is a lovely villa in a quiet relaxed setting. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk and Argaka is a pretty village with some very nice restaurants. The villa is very clean and comfortable, both bedrooms have en suites and the views from the upstairs balconies are amazing. The pool is lovely (nice and deep) and there are plenty of shady places to sit outside. It’s very well appointed (washing machine, dishwasher and good barbecue). Andreas the owner had left a bottle of wine on our arrival and bought a huge homemade marble cake later in the week. If you have a car then there are lots of places to visit locally and Paphos is within easy enough driving distance (about 50 minutes). I would definitely recommend a stay at this villa, we had a lovely relaxing fortnight here.

A great place for a relaxing break.
Villa was clean, spacious, basic, but had most things you’d need including many towels, air con and standing fans for downstairs. Andreas the owner popped by most days to check the pool. Flowers, wine and water were left on arrival. During our 2 week stay the property was cleaned twice. Pool area was clean, with 2 shaded terraces. It was a short 10 minute walk to the nearest shop and bakery and about 15 minutes to a decent beach side restaurant. Polis was a short 10 minute drive and Latchi about 20 minutes. Some good places to eat in Latchi, Elias’ and No 9 were both great. As our flight was in the evening Andreas the owner let us stay until mid afternoon too. A great relaxing break and villa all round.

Mobilier vieillissant et propreté approximatif de la maison. Le jardin mérite plus d’entretien afin de le rendre agréable. La piscine est de bonne taille mais elle n’est pas propre ( le propriétaire passe la nettoyer mais ne fait que la surface, beaucoup de sable au fond et souri morte dans le skimmer ). La localisation est un peu éloigné des lieux touristiques mais si vous êtes prêt à faire de la voiture cela n’est pas un problème. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour car la Chypre est un jolie pays à découvrir mais nous avons été un peu déçu de la maison.

Alles war wunderbar , vor allem den eigenen Pool haben wir sehr genossen . Strand und Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen . Andreas war immer für alle Belange ansprechbar .

Es ist tolle Insel! Die Gegend ist wunderschön, das Meer warm und es gibt tolle Lokale!
Das Haus liegt schön, es ist groß 3 Bäder, toller Pool, aber die Einrichtung ist veraltet, und zum Teil kaputt zB Schubladen der Kommode im Schlafzimmer. Es ist dreckig! Soviele Fingerabdrücke habe ich noch nie auf einem Schrank gesehen! Die Türen sind verschmiert, an der Waschmaschine ist das Waschmittel runtergelaufen, die Badewanne sieht schlimm aus! Es dunkel im Haus wegen der schlechten Beleuchtung, die zum Teil auch defekt war! Wir haben den Herrn der zuständig war darauf angesprochen und er sagt nur "Service kommt" ! Kam aber keiner. Handtücher waren sehr sparsam vergeben wurden aber einmal gewechselt! Ich könnte noch viel aufzählen habe auch Fotos gemacht, wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr mieten!

eine wunderbare Zeit im Frühling
Auch wenn Liegenschaft etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war es für uns total genial. Es war alles da was wir brauchten, bzw. wie beschrieben - Preis Leistung stimmte für uns bestens. Wünsche eines besseren Internets wurde im Vorfeld aufgenommen und umgesetzt, auch wenn Aufpreis happig war - Bestens für uns (Beruf - Verbunden sein mit Server). Freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter. Genialstes Wetter und jeden Tag mehrfach ins Meer, bzw. Pool - Da sonst niemand nebenan war, waren wir ganz in Ruhe = TOP !!!
