It is centrally located 5 miles from Lake Degray and 2 miles from the Caddo River & lower lake access. It is only a short 35 min drive to Hot Springs and 55 min to the Crater of Diamonds State Park.

Great place! Clean and cozy!
The house was extremely clean and had everything we need and more. My son loved the upstairs loft areas and the beautiful backyard. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic
We loved the house and property. The kids loved the tree swing. It was the most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed at. The only thing I would say is that I was expecting 4 bedrooms and while technically there are 4 rooms, two of them are lofts. Maybe that was posted in the listing and I just didn’t see it. It still worked out great and everyone had a good time.

Nice peaceful neighborhood for family. Very charming home, loved watching the deer and hummingbirds out in the back yard. Little loved the tree swing. We want to come back and float the Caddo river. Thank you for our home away from home getaway!
