Beautiful home but terrible host

While the house was nice and accommodating, we werenā€™t provided with linens or towels after the site said they were included. It was extremely challenging to get to and leave from. The host was not kind to us when we need directions after getting lost. we throughly cleaned the house after getting no instructions for check out she told us we were good to leave and everything looked good and then an hour after we checked out she proceeded to spam text us with complaints about things we supposedly broke but never even used. It was very unfortunate to have a great time at a beautiful house but for it to be ruined by the host who was mean and tried to take advantage of us by accusing us for things we didnā€™t do. Sadly dealing with this ruined my experience with booking through this company.

Beautiful property and location

We had a fabulous holiday. The property had everything we needed, the garden and pool were wonderful. Arles is a fantastic location, beautiful itself and great for day trips. Serge and Renee were very helpful and even though we donā€™t speak each otherā€™s language we communicated just fine. We recommended this property to anyone.

We liked the house. Nice place to stay with a small family. Wonderful garden and the pool.

Nice house, good location to visit places with children. Drivable distance to the sea also helps but even only staying in the house with the big garden and the pool will make the holidays enjoyable.

My family and I very much enjoyed our short holiday in the Camargue. I guess we were lucky with the October sunshine and the comfortable temperature and although I personally ventured into the pool only once, my three grandsons made full use of this facility. The house itself was ideal for the six of us, plenty of space inside and out allowing the kids to run around and make noise and me to find a quieter space with a book and a glass of wine. (The fridge space was excellent and coped well with our wine rations). Lots to see and do in the area. In Saintes Maries de la Mer the kids found a safe beach and I found excellent seafood/ The ornithological park was a most enjoyable visit en route. Wine in Chateauneuf du Pape, Haribo Museum in Uzes, Football in Marseille and Roman archeology in Nimes and Arles filled a great week.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Check in war super, auch wenn man wenig franzƶsisch spricht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Das Haus ist sehr schƶn. KĆ¼che ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war wunderbar. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt.

Met liefde ingericht huis

Alles wat we nodig hadden aan keukenapparatuur was er. Wel vaak moeten afwassen om benodigd bestek en drinkglazen te kunnen gebruiken. Een dekbedhoes ipv een laken was fijn geweest. Twee tweepersoonsbedden waren 1.40. Dat vond ik te krap. De airco was fijn om te verwarmen op koele avonden. Gastvrouw was aardig en men reageerde onmiddellijk op onze vragen per mail.

Schƶne Unterkunft mit Pool in toller Umgebung der Provence

Wir haben einen sehr schƶnen Urlaub gehabt und tolle AusflĆ¼ge nach Arles, Avignon und ans Meer gemacht. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas auƟerhalb. Aber alles gut mit dem Auto machbar, sonst gƤbe es auch FahrrƤder vor Ort. GroƟes GelƤnde und schƶner Pool. Auch das Haus ist sehr weitlƤufig.

comme il y a deux ans quand nous Ć©tions venu avec les cousins nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour au calme, dans une maison vraiment gĆ©niale aux prestations gĆ©niales aussi et ou on se sent bien, il a dā€™ailleurs Ć©tait difficile de partir surtout qu'il faisait soleil et que nous avons mangĆ© dehors encore merci a la famille Durand de nous avoir laissĆ© un peu plus de temps chez eux et leur gentillesse nous reviendrons encore certainement , Ć  bientĆ“t ;-)

Nous avons passe 2 jours dans la maidon de RenĆ©e et Serge pour feter NoĆ«l en famille. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos et Ć  la description. Wir sind mit 9 Personen von 2 bis 70 Jahre perfekt untergekommen,Die Anlage entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen,viele Zimmer groƟe KĆ¼che,tolle Terasse und ein Superpool,2 Kinder haben dort Schwimmen gelernt,auch der Hund hatte genug Auslauf,Danke an den Vermieter,Schade nur,das alle Infos,Hinweise Anleitungen nur in Franzƶsisch waren,nicht jeder hat ein Handy mit Translater ,wir kommen gerne mal wieder vorbei
