I loved this hotel
A little pricier than I normally want to spend, but I really enjoyed my stay here. My check-in was excellent as the young lady who checked me in was fantastic. My room was great, and the elevators were fast and efficient. Breakfast was very good, the two people working the breakfast area never stopped working. Very enjoyable.

We were hoping for a good nightā€™s sleep, but nope!
ughā€¦. Two long days of driving before and after this hotel stay where we didnā€™t get much sleep... We checked in at 11:00pm, asleep around midnight, then were abruptly awakened at 3:00am by a blaring alarm from the neighboring room. After going to the front desk twice and asking for assistance stopping the alarm she offered to move us to another room. Since it was approaching 4:00am we decided that by the time we moved rooms and fell asleep again it would be time to get up and get going toward our final destination. So we gave up, packed up and checked out while the neighborā€™s alarm was still blaring. The front desk associate was unable to provide a refund or discount but assured us the manager would call us. The manager never called us. We had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and would have loved to have had a good nightā€™s sleep. Nice new hotel but, unfortunately, we cannot give a good review because of this experience.

We were put in a handicap room, which turned out to be fine. Room was clean. Hotel smelled nice when you came inside. Breakfast was typical hotel fair. No choices for people who do not eat pork. But overall a nice stay.
