Great location, has supermarket next door, fishmonger, pharmacy and health post nearby (10 minutes walk). The property comprises a double bed, sofa bed, refrigerator, 4 burner stove, 1 television, 2 large fans and 1 ceiling fan. It comfortably accommodates 4/5 people, with clean furniture, providing good circulation within its premises. Has parking space. Condominium with barbecue, facing the lagoon and 100 meters from Figueira beach (less than 5 minutes walking). Ideal space for couples and families that want tranquility. At the lagoon, it is possible to carry out activities such as kite-surfing, kayaking and pedaling (attractions available at local shops). The beach is ideal for surfers and fishing. Close to the center of Arraial do cabo (20 minutes by car), where beautiful beaches such as Pontal do Atalaia, Prainha and Praia do Forno can be visited. For those who do not have a car, there is a bus stop in front of the condominium, with departures to Rio de Janeiro, Cabo Frio, downtown Arraial do Cabo and Araruama.
