The room was clean and adequate but a bit too small. I didn't have space to open a large suitcase anywhere in the room. There was a small shelf under the tv and I collided into it trying to squeeze by the foot of the bed The room was clean but very utilitarian - more like a room in an institution of some kind. It was cold in Arras and the heat was turned off, making for a very chilly night my first night. I spoke to the front desk and got a space heater for the next night. The staff were kind and helpful and it is definitely serviceable but not necessarily 'cozy'. The breakfast the next morning was pretty minimal.

Nice little hotel close to the main square - staff super friendly and helpful - only negative was noise from the street late at night - donā€™t get a room overlooking the little pizza shop next door

Perfect for a stopover
Check-in lady was friendly and helpful with both check-in and parking. She also kindly showed me on a map where things were. We booked a twin as we always feel doubles are too small. The singles were long enough (6ft male). Only negative was it was very hot that day/night and the central aircon went off, so was pretty hot throughout night. Otherwise, great for a stopover hotel.

Good hotel
Hotel located about 10 minute walk from Train station. Easy check in although first room assigned already had someone in the room. Room had 2 single beds which were comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel within easy walking distance of central plaza where there were many restaurants. Purchased morning breakfast for 10.5 Euro. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cheese, yogurts, croissants, juice and coffee and dry cereals.

I thought this was a really great hotel. It's not 5* and doesn't pretend to be, but for what it is, I think it's as good an example as I've experienced. Super friendly staff, everything working, great location, and excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault it - value for money? Phenomenal.

Our only objection was the annoying Wifi connection, which required a complete login every 30 minutes or so. The room was smaller, but mainly because the ā€œdoubleā€œ bed turned out to be quite large (and very comfortable). You cannot beat the location - just steps from Heroes Square and reasonably priced.

The welcome was warm and friendly and very helpful with regard to parking. (Parking took a bit longer, but not the fault of the hotel, Arras was very busy with the Christmas Market). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful (just as needed after a long day). We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was so convenient for the Christmas Market and the centre.
