Nous n'avons pas pu accéder au logement suite à une erreur de synchronisation des plateformes et nous n'avons même pas été prévenu de cet aléa. Nous nous sommes donc retrouver à la rue sans solution ! Aucun remboursement et aucune demande de remboursement n'a eu lieu à ce jour. Nous exigeons le remboursement total de la location ainsi qu'un geste commercial pour la gène occasionnée.
