Un petit studio sympa avec sa terrasse et son jardinet qui permet de profiter de l’extérieur. Un bémol, par rapport au listage du matériel. Nous n’avons pas trouvé la bouilloire, ni le grille pain. Ni la table à repasser et son fer Avons contacté le propriétaire, qui n’a sans doute pas jugé utile de nous répondre.

Déception par rapport à la description et le rapport qualité-prix
Malgré l'emplacement et les travaux récents du logement, nous avons été déçus sur plusieurs points, notamment en terme de rapport qualité/prix. Tout d'abord, nous avons été accueillis par une personne qui venait dépanner le concierge (qui n'était plus disponible), et cette personne ne connaissait pas le logement, donc ne pouvait rien nous expliquer (climatisation, Wifi, Tv). D'autre part, nous avons été surpris car le ménage n'avait pas été fait (sol sale, douche sale, toiles d'araignée, protège-matelas taché), or il faut savoir que ce sont les propriétaires eux-mêmes qui avaient occupé le logement juste avant nous, donc c'est un peu honteux de laisser le logement dans cet état. D'autre part et contrairement à l'annonce, il manque dans ce logement: sèche-cheveux, bouilloire, grille-pain. Quand nous avons réservé il y a quelques mois, il était noté : bains à remous, cet équipement a été enlevé de l'annonce après coup. La communication ne se fait pas directement avec les propriétaires, mais avec leur belle-fille. Cette dernière voulait nous faire livrer les équipements manquants par Amazon sur notre semaine de vacances, mais elle n'a jamais organisé le rdv pour la réception de la marchandise. Bref, cette annonce est pour nous à éviter car il y a une incohérence entre le tarif (945€ la semaine) et les prestations, c'est dommage car le logement est plutôt mignon.

Belle maisonnette mais prestation ménage à revoir
La maisonette et son jardin sont très agréable à vivre. Dommage que notre arrivée est été gâchée par la surprise de découvrir un lieu extrêmement sale où le ménage n’avait pas été fait, et ce depuis un moment. Nous avons du le faire nous même de fond en comble. Le gestionnaire du lieu a fait preuve d’écoute et de disponibilité mais cela n’ n’élève pas la mauvaise expérience.

Le petit cocon idéal pour un séjour sur l'île de Ré
La Corderie est une petite location vraiment agréable et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un séjour sur l'île de Ré seul ou à deux. Le logement est harmonieux, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé (commerces et arrêt de bus à proximité). La jolie terrasse était également la bienvenue pour profiter de ces quelques jours printaniers.

Nous étions à la recherche d'une maison à l'Ile de Ré. Nous avons bien reçu le contrat de location pour une maison avec séjour, deux chambres...Mais en arrivant, déception, c'était un studio : 1 pièce-chambre et une minuscule cuisine avec un espace extérieur toutefois très agréable. On ne nous a pas donné d'explications pour cette erreur. Heureusement il n'a pas fait trop chaud car la pièce de vie est étouffante sans possibilité d'aérer convenablement. Ce logement mériterait un petit rafraichissement en particulier la véranda qui doit être une étuve par temps chaud. Malgré tout, nous avons passé une bonne semaine sur cette île magnifique. Je tiens à préciser la gentillesse de Marina qui nous a accueilli

La simplicité du Lieu en fait son charme .le studio est confortable bien pensé juste pour deux . Ars en Ré est un village très agréable permettant de nombreuses ballades à velo à la découverte des plages .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à deux dans cette petite maison studio très fonctionnelle. Jardin bien ombragé avec joli mobilier pour les repas en extérieur. À noter également le salon véranda très agréable quand il ne fait pas trop chaud. La petite maison au bout de l’impasse est très calme. Nous allions au marché, sur le port et dans le centre à pied. Le canapé-lit offre un couchage très confortable. La cuisine ouverte sur le jardin est très pratique même si elle ne possède pas de lave-vaisselle. Très honnête rapport qualité prix. Nous pensons revenir l’année prochaine. Très bon accueil.
