Finca with large grounds and sunny location near Arta

The Finca Son Canto is located in the northeast of the island in a quiet valley, about 1 km north of the rural town of Arta, in the middle of the conservation area.
The finca has a floor space of about 70 square meters. There is a bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed (1.40m) for two people.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas stove and an electric refrigerator. The bathroom is kept in a rustic style. For the colder seasons, there is an oven that invites you to cozy evenings in the living room. Everything is lovingly decorated. It is important to mention that the power supply runs on solar energy, so that when the sun is not shining no strong consuming electrical appliances may be used. In 90 m distance to the Finca there are two more small houses. It may be that someone from my family or acquaintances of us are there. Nevertheless, one is undisturbed at the finca, since the distance is large enough. From the finca you can not even see the other two houses, so privacy is guaranteed. Otherwise, the finca has a single location with a large plot, which is created in three terraces. With south-westerly hillside the sun is to enjoy both at noon and in the evening hours. Surrounded by a graceful, hilly landscape, Son Canto offers the opportunity for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. From the terrace you can watch beautiful sunsets in the evening and let the view wander into the distance during the day, the view is terrific. If you like peace and nature will love this place.
The nearest bays and beaches can be reached by car within 15-20 minutes (eg. Cala Radjada, Cala Mescuida, Cala Agulla, Canjamel, Cala Torta u. a) and Arta in 15 minutes on foot. Arta is a small, originally, grown rural town without huge hotels and tourist cycle. The surrounding, hilly to mountainous landscape invites to impressive hikes and bike rides also climbing enthusiasts get their money. Golf enthusiasts will find enchanting golf courses and water sports enthusiasts and swimmers will enjoy the most beautiful sandy beaches with clear water for snorkeling and diving. To visit are the Caves of Arta, a safari park, the castle of Capdepera and the nature reserve Aubarca. Anyone who loves an evening with disco and party, finds that in Cala Radjada od. Cala Millor.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Finca mit dem grandiosen Ausblick ins Grüne. Die Finca ist passend eingerichtet, etwas ungewöhnlich ist der Zuschnitt, das Schlafzimmer liegt hinter dem Badezimmer. Das war für uns aber kein Problem! Der Fernseher ist nicht zu nutzen, bei dem tollen Wetter u dank WLAN, haben wir aber sowieso lieber draußen auf der Terrasse das EM-Eröffnungsspiel geschaut. Schön wäre draußen noch eine zweite Liege ;-). Besonders loben möchte ich noch die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Heike! Unser Fazit insgesamt ist komplett positiv.

Wunderschöne Finca in toller Lage mit grandioser Aussicht
Die Finca liegt gut 1 km von Artà entfernt, das man man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein Auto ist für den Einkauf (Trinkwasser) hilfreich. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Man kann gut draußen sitzen. Zu hören sind nur die Tiere, es gibt keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, nur wenig Autoverkehr. Trotz teilweise schlechtem Wetter (Regen, Bewölkung) hat der Strom für uns gereicht. Bei Regen fehlte uns allerdings ein überdachter Außenbereich - die Ausrichtung ist eher auf schönes Wetter :-) Sehr gut für einen ruhigen Urlaub geeignet. Nicht in der Beschreibung enthalten: Es gibt ein gut funktionierendes WLAN.

Die Finca ist traumhaft mit einem herrlichen Ausblick in die Natur. Das reizvolle Städtchen Arta hat uns sehr gefallen. Empfehlenswert sind Wanderungen im Naturpark mit den tollen Stränden.

Sehr empfehlenswert für naturverbundene Familien!
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten unvergesslich schöne Tage in der Finca. Tolle individuelle Unterkunft, die sehr schön in die natürliche Umgebung und das historische Umfeld passt und in der viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt wird. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. An Küchenutensilien ist alles da. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind die Auflagen und die Sitzkissen, sie könnten erneuert werden. Eine der Sonnenliegen ist defekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit unseren beiden Kindern und ziehen jetzt weiter. Bis bald ;) Herzliche Grüße

Mallorquinisches Landleben in einer rustikalen Finca in Traumlage
Wir waren für fast 6 Wochen vor Ort und haben uns absolut zu Hause und wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Haus ist mit allem sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die nette Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar, sehr nett und bemüht. Es gibt einen Hausverwalter, der jedoch ausschliesslich spanisch spricht. Man lebt dort in absoluter Toplage nördlich von Artà am Beginn der Llevant. Wer Landleben (natürlich mit allen Tiergeräuschen, die nun einmal dazu gehören wie Schafe, Hühner, Hunde usw) und Natur liebt, wird sich pudelwohl fühlen. Wir haben ganz bewusst diese Lage gewählt und haben jeden Tag genossen. :-) Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist sehr zutreffend und vermittelt ein reales Bild dieses kleinen Paradieses. Wer Luxus sucht, ist sicherlich falsch, was aber für typisch mallorquinisches Leben normal ist. Ein paar kleine Abzüge, da eine Liege und einige Mückengitter defekt waren. Die Vermieterin ist aber informiert, so dass bestimmt ganz bald Abhilfe geschaffen ist. Das Haus wird autark mit eigener, kleiner Solaranlage mit Strom versorgt. Daher auch der Hinweis, dass Fön oder Waschmaschine nicht betrieben werden können. Alles andere ist aber ganz problemlos möglich. Und dass man -gerade im Sommer- Wasser spart, sollte eigentlich immer selbstverständlich sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns auch für den super netten Kontakt.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus
Ferienhaus sehr ruhig gelegen, aber fußläufig ist Arta erreichbar. Im Haus alles vorhanden. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit Fliegen o.ä. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen. In der Beschreibung sollte erwähnt werden, dass nur eingeschränkt Strom zur Verfügung steht - z. B. kein Haartrockner / Fön nutzbar.

Vacanza rurale per chi ama la campagna
Appartamento bello, ha tutto quello che serve per soggiornare, ma il bagno comunica tra le due stanze, cosa poco chiara dalla descrizione, inoltre una delle due porte è vetrata e non garantisce la privacy. Siamo stati inoltre due giorni senza acqua. Ogni giorno all'alba venivamo svegliati dai rumori degli animali (pecore, galli, cani, asini) delle finca vicine. Queste deficit hanno reso il nostro soggiorno non troppo gradevole

Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten in der Stadt. Es ist gemütlich und bietet alles wie beschrieben. Man hat einen umwerfenden Ausblick und ist völlig ungestört. Entspannung garantiert!

We very much enjoyed our stay - the stone house keeps cool and has a lovely aspect (especially with the afternoon light for aperitif). It was perfect for us, and we would like to stay again in the future. The host was very good with communicating and made everything very smooth.

Wir sind jetzt das 2. Mal in der rustikalen gemütlichen Finca gewesen. Die Küche ist geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Essen kann man auf der schönen Terrasse unter einem großen Sonnenschirm. Und abends nach dem Grillen den Sternenhimmel und die ländliche Ruhe geniessen. Die allerdings nicht immer ganz so ruhig ist, eben Landleben mit Hühner, Schafen und Hunden. Wenn man dann doch mal in ein Restaurant besuchen, shoppen oder "unter Leute" möchte, ist man in 15 Minuten nach Arta gelaufen. Uns hat es auf jeden Fall wieder gut gefallen in dieser kleinen persönlich gestalteten Finca.

Haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt.
Gesamtobjekt sehr gut wie beschrieben. Leider haben uns Nachbars Tiere Hähne und Hunde sehr früh geweckt. Die Mücken waren abens auch eine Plage, zum Glück gab es für jedes Bett ein Moskitonetz.

Sehr stilvolle Finka in wunderschöner Landschaft
Die Finka ist ist ein stilvolles Natursteinhaus. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig, die tiefer gelegte Dusche vermittelt ein tolles Raumgefühl. Alles ist sehr praktisch gestaltet und rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Der große Sonnenschirm lässt sich leider kaum öffen und bedarf einer Wartung. Zum Ort Arta geht man am Besten in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Eine wunderbare Finca
Die Finca entspräche genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Finca, vor allem abends auf der Terrasse verbracht. Bitte an Mückenspray denken! Die Lage ist perfekt und für unsere Ausflüge nach Arta, Kloster LLuc, Canaymel, Colonia St. Pere und das Wandergebiet im Naturpark Levante war es ideal.

Hübsches Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühlcharakter
Die kleine Finca liegt nahe bei Arte etwas erhöht gelegen. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Wir haben unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse immer sehr ausgedehnt genossen. Und abends alle Lampen um uns ausgeschaltet, um bei einem Glas Wein den Sternenhimmel zu betrachten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieterin, die anwesend war, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar einen neuen Grill besorgt, so dass wir unser Abendessen direkt auf der Terrasse zubereiten könnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - auch wenn Hühner und Schafe immer deutlich vor uns wach waren und wir erleben könnten dass Landleben nicht immer ruhig ist.

Liebe Marieke, wir haben uns in deiner Finka sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auf der Terasse zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen und dann den Sternenhimmel und die Sternschnuppen zu bewundern, hat uns besonders gefallen. Artà ist zum Glück wenig touristisch und die Strände in der Umgebung und das Schnorcheln dort waren wunderbar! Wir hatten sehr angenehme und sommerliche Ferien!
