Spent a night in this hotel. Enjoy their open air hot spring. Room itself is a bit dated but quiet. Hotel has a swimming pool too. We didn't have dinner & breakfast in the hotel so can't give any comment. Overall I will recommend this hotel to others.

Pleasant stay with beautiful water falls nearby
We were very pleased with hotel staff Miss Lai for her assistance and advise while staying in this hotel. She was very patient with us explaining all the nearby locations and directions. Double thumbs up!!

The hotel was good and the stuff spoke English (not so popular in Japan). I enjoy the view from our window and great food. The only cons were ladybugs. There were plenty of them in our room.

Pleasant hotel in nice surroundings. No wifi in rooms, only the ground floor, despite the hotel description which claimed to have wifi in rooms. Fire alarm at midnight forced the evacuation of the building, which the staff compensated with a small box of chocolates.
