Great atmosphere.
Really lovely hotel. Our rooms were huge and smelt really nice. The lady on reception when we arrived was warm and welcoming and the young woman who served us breakfast was delightful. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent service. Nothing was too kuch trouble for the team. The breakfast was plentiful and the choice of beverages at the bar, vast. Within a 25min drive of Alton Towers, so it was ideal for our visit. Would book again with a second thought if in the area.

nice hotel used for an Alton towers trip, Rooms could do with a bit of a glow up but they were big and comfortable, good bar/restaurant with excellent options, all the staff we encountered were all lovely. Would recommend and stay again!
