The entire staff was amazing. What possessed anybody to put us in Room 123, next to the ballrooms, is beyond me. On the Friday night, a family reunion. Alls good because we had no plans the next day so the music and loudness was ok. However, on Saturday night, a 6 piece band started at 5pm and we had a 6:00 am flight on Sunday morning. We called front desk and asked them to close their door, which was right across ours, and they didn’t. My husband went to the front desk and had us moved at 8:30 when we couldn’t sleep or handle the noise right outside our door!

Nice comfortable stay as usual. Convenient for my purposes. Evening staff person was a bit grumpy and unprofessional, but the morning staff very friendly and professional. The breakfast is a bit basic, but good variety of options. Will stay again.
