Fire alarm went off at 4:30am. Staff was not prepared. Fire department was not called for over 15 minutes. No instructions to guests on what to do. People still in their rooms, others standing in their doorways, others gathered in lobby, and still others waiting outside. It was chaotic! Would not recommend staying here.

i tried to cancel my reservation for my stay there. i called expedia, sent email stating my sister had been diagnosed with bladder cancer and i had to cancel our trip. i won't use expedia again i will not change my review. what I've said is true no one from expedia answered my by email or cell telling you i had to cancel. you kept my money and my not going was kegitkept

Check surroundings. .
Area was not as described. Homeless and vagrants all over property. When asking about this we were essentially laughed at. Beds aren’t queen as described in listing they are full. Pretty outdated making areas look dingy. Ultimately felt unsafe and left to stay elsewhere.

Country inn & suites review
The absolute best hotel I stayed at while on my motorcycle trip. Check in was great, friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. They young lady at the desk offered to let us keep our motorcycles under the front awning so they wouldn't get wet. Will definitely stay there again when I go back north.
