I took my little boy on a trip recently and we stayed at The Restoration. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. We used the valet parking (just pull into the front loading area and they handle the rest), the library entrance and indoor/outdoor bar and lounge were exceptional. I loved that they offer arcade games and bowling on the lower level of the hotel at The Draftsman. My little boy who is 4 loved playing with the Pac-Man, pinball and ski ball games. I loved sitting upstairs with him on the rooftop lounge enjoying a beverage and taking in the views. Our room and the hotel is styled exceptionally. They even leave a breakfast basket of goodies at the door in the mornings to enjoy. Shopping and dining was just across the street. We will make this our hotel to visit when we come back.

It’s a very pretty property room was nice not great . View of ugly parking lot and construction. Very noisy downstairs and outside not a 5 star hotel The price per night is ridiculous for a small hotel no pool no parking valet only . Very urban not my type of place .

Restoration is a beautiful hotel in the best location in Asheville for shopping and dining and a short walk from the breweries on the Slope. The staff is friendly and helpful, the valet service is great. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Free drinks in the mini fridge was a plus. I will absolutely stay here again when in Asheville.
