Okay
Location was great and people are friendly. The garden need some TLC the recycling bin were overflowing and non recycling was full with 4 black bags of rubbish beside the bin.We sent a message to the host on Saturday when we arrived about the rubbish and garden but did not get a reply back from the message. The silicone was mouldy around the bath and the door and cabinet needed cleaning. You are asked to take the bedding off the bed the mattress protector are stained they need replacing or washing . The house is a lovely size and could be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️with a bit more LTC.

A Wonderful Holiday
I went with 3 friends to this lovely sweet property for 2 nights. We found the property to be clean, appetising and tastefully designed. The beaches in the area are beautiful and the people around, very friendly. We had a great holiday! Thank you Sevita!

Good value modern furnishings near to town centre
House was newly decorated throughout and it had all you needed for a weekend away. We had a problem with toilet not flushing properly and did report this to owner who replied quickly but didnt get fixed during our weekend stay. Was unaware bathroom toilet was downstairs when booked so not ideal having bathroom downstairs for my elderly mum to get to at night time also noticed a large damp patch by window which was unsightly and will need fixing. Bathroom and kitchen area were a lot colder than rest of thr house. Bins were already full outside and a lot of cigarette butts and rubbish generally outside front of property when we arrived so a bit more attention to cleanileness outdoors is required. Although we had Wifi in property it wasnt strong enough to watch netflix which was a bit disappointing. It had a lovely park to walk dog round the corner and close to Newbiggin by sea which we also enjoyed. It is an ideal house to use as a base to explore the rest of Northumberland. We also had nice local meal at Old Ashdene too.
