Front desk lady was so friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable. The only change I would make is better quality towels. The washcloths and towels were very thin and rough.

The hotel and room was very clean. Beds and pillows were wonderful. The mattress was the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. The only thing that could have been better was the hotel check - in staff. Was not friendly at all and gave the assumption that if they would have to smile it would be the worst thing ever. My husband and I was not impressed with check in at all. With paying $130 a night for a room, you would think you would get friendlier service.

The place was brand new. The booking was messed up...I was supposed to have a king bed and was given a room with two fulls. Other than that, The stay was pleasant and the staff was friendly/helpful/professional.

Bad front desk customer service
Staff was not knowledgeable of reservations made by hotels.com. She declined to let us in and said we owe money even though it was already paid for. I used one of my free stays and she said that we cant use those and can only use best western rewards and that they have nothing to do with hotels.com. It ultimately got resolved but the hassel was unnecessary.
