Welcome to the Carroll Manor. Spacious, charming and well appointed, 2,800 sq ft English Craftsman home in one of Ashland's best neighborhoods. Accommodations up to 10 offering 5 total beds (4 bedrooms: 1 full bed, Queen futon, rollaway and 1 full bath on main level. 1 King, 2 full beds and 1 full bath on second level. Recently freshly painted, refinished floors on main, huge eat in kitchen, fully equipped; formal dining room; family room; screened porch and lots of outdoor living area. Maticuliously maintained home with pride of ownership of 50 years. Featured in the 2019 Highland Museum Christmas Tour of Homes. Renovated exterior includes: newly built large carport, front porch, speak easy solid wood door, vinyl architectural siding, PVC trim, large stamped concrete driveway and parking pad. Real Stone front and stone post accents. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, trash liner and paper towels. Please bring extra should you need them. For the convenience of our guests, We also offer late checkout/early checkin when available.

Carroll manor
Jennifer was very responsive to our requests for things. Very hospitable and reliable. We enjoyed our family visit at her lovely grandmothers home. Such a charming Ashland neighborhood and very convenient to the Ashland bridge and Kroger. We would def stay there again.
