This hotel is awful, run down, dated and not the best area. The staff was courteous. Our air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off in 95 degree heat, but heard the unit in the next room which was just as loud. On the upside, the woman at the front desk was very nice about it and the manager refunded the room. Very unfortunate, we left and stayed at the Hotel Indigo instead.

The front desk staff unfriendly no customer service skills at all wasn’t sure if prejudice was a part this” had to leave room each night and go to front desk for a roll of toilet tissue for bathroom, and there was no lining on sofa bed “ no greeting from staff when leaving or entering the building” could not assist me with any questions TERRIBLE FRONT DESK!!!!!!!

Front desk staff were not nice and rather rude @ check in. Beds were not comfortable, and the sheets sounded like and felt like they had plastic under them that crackled when we moved. The morning we were leaving the toilet was broken and would not flush or fill with water, so it was unusable and when I reported it to the front desk, their reply was I'm sorry and didn't offer to fix it, so we just left
