The room was good and quiet. Simple and basic was all we needed. Breakfast was below standard; definitely, the least effort possible, but they did have scrambled eggs, "sausage," waffles and bread/toast. Saw one small bug in the bathroom. TV with many channels. Refrigerator in the room. Coffee capsules, but had coffee in lobby and breakfast. Would stay here again for a UGA visit.

I love the over look of the town kinda and I enjoyed the huge bathroom and the cleanliness that they had going on.The pool wasn’t heated and was reallly under-cared for but on a good note there was a lift chair for handicapped people .Room had a fridge and microwave in it

It was a bit run down, the curtains had safety pins holding them together, the towels were so dingy and there were little sugar ants in the sink. As for the staff - very nice, I liked the area it was located- parking is easy. But I would not go back.

Location great but very dirty
I really wanted to like this hotel as we will be in town multiple times a year for work BUT I just couldn’t. Pros: great location(at least for us. I will say I don’t think it’s the best part of town) a good amount of space in the rooms. The Cons: Dirty and unkempt. My business partner had to switch rooms due to excessive mold and mildew in the air vents. It was really nasty. The carpet throughout the entire hotel is very dirty, old, and wavy in sections. The front desk was nice enough but that’s about it. Partner also saw cockroaches in his second room as well as cockroach guts on the wall. Again, I really wanted to like this place but we won’t be staying here again. I did not walk barefoot in my room at all. Always kept flip-flops or socks on. The bed was old but was comfy. The furniture is dated and dirty. Have I mentioned how dirty the whole place is/felt? Anyway, if you just need a place for the night I guess it would work but don’t expect a clean place.
