The landlord was so nice and helpful. The apartments were very beautiful, and equipped with laundry and ac. It was in a safe neighborhood. There was so much to do all within walking distances.

We enjoyed this property!!! The property manager was soooo nice and we weren’t able to get out stuff out of the room in time and he packed it for us! The only thing I would say to ppl visiting is the noise is loud from events going on but you are in the city and we had a car and the parking was insane!

These apartments were exactly what we needed, when we needed it and reasonably priced. Without any signage out front it’s difficult to locate initially, but overall very clean and in a great location.

This accommodation ticked all our boxes … very clean, excellent amenities, short walk to restaurants and shops and it was spacious, with a huge shared balcony. We felt it needed a full length mirror as the only mirror was the vanity mirror. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A perfect choice
Very clean, modern, comfortable, aesthetic. Loved the kitchen. Amenities are limited, however, if you request something they did provide it (iron, extra pot, dish towels etc.) It has drapes and an electric roller shades to block out the sun and noise. The apartments are adjacent to an elementary school yard, children are outdoors M-F all day (8-3) it can be noisy if your shades are up and windows are open, but it is still very private. We stayed twice, once on the 1st floor with a larger patio, there was a small table and lots of space even though it is open to the neighbors. There was no indoor table to eat, only a coffee tabel in front of the TV - which works. The 2nd time we were on the 2nd floor with a very narrow balcony, no room to sit outside, but still nice to have a balcony. Also no indoor table to eat, just coffee table. The building itself is very nice, good quality construction and quiet. Very nice lobby and a small elevator. A handy booklet is provided with helpful information about the neighborhood etc. We used the pick up service provided from the airport and really appreciated our driver - it was well worth the extra $$ because we arrived late. The neighborhood is full of everything you need, and quite charming, very safe. We liked being in an authentic Athen's neighborhood and away from the tourist area. Note for host: instructions are needed for the washing machine (dials are in Greek). Also, how to let someone inside with door bell. Thanks!
