The special feature in my apartment is the rain shower so my guests can take a long, hot, relaxing, soothing shower! The hot water is on day and night for your convenience.
There is autonomous heating in all areas of the apartment.

The neighborhood, kesariani-Ilissia which is in the center of Athens, is a safe, typical Athenian area with lots of shops, high-end restaurants due to two 5* the Hilton and Caravel hotels. There is a park and a children's playground at the end of my street. Most hospitals are also located in neighbor areas.
