The only thing going for this place is the convenience of location. Firstly, of the 2 available elevators, both were broken. 1 was completely out of order and the other would repeatedly skip floors and I saw guests waiting for 15 minutes trying to use the elevator. This isn’t good if you are traveling with handicapped or elderly companions. The USB outlets in the room were non-operational. The remote for the TV did not work, may be out of batteries, idk. The mattresses may have been too worn in/soft, all 3 travelers woke up with back pain in the morning. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

2 things 1. Do not prepay for the breakfast, it is terrible and cannot be called a breakfast 2. I prepaid for the breakfast but got charged for it again when I left the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel due to walking distance to the passport office. The walk to the passport office is less than 10 minutes away. Although it served its purpose this hotel need some serious TLC. I also had a large roach in my room and had to change rooms. The staff was nice but hotel is a bit run down.

Nice hotel in a pretty decent area! Check in was seamless, the lobby area was very up to date and even has live music from time to time. Room was exactly what I needed and clean. The A/C unit was a bit loud for me but nothing too crazy. Will totally be back if I'm in Atlanta again!

Close to downtown but not much around as far as dining. Downtown shuts down at 6 pm. The staff is fabulous and very helpful.

Not bad, not great.
The location was great, right across the street from the Mart. The price was reasonable, but the hotel is showing some age. The first room we were put in, the door wouldn’t shut due to the hinges not being aligned correctly. The maintenance guy said it was a security feature that you had to slam the door. I am a fire inspector/ firefighter and know that was a line of crap. The front desk moved us a couple of doors down the hall. Will probably stay a little farther away for a more cared for property.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I arrived late but check in was smooth and effortless. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The beds were clean and comfortable. While waiting to go to the airport, I was able relax in the bar/lounge area and even played a game of pool. 10/10, highly recommend!
