Filthy hotel, full of smoke from the lobby on in. Blood drops on carpet in front of sink. Rodent feces in the bathroom. Uncomfortable beds. Loose cords and surge protectors connecting everything from the microwave to the TV to lamps! Loose electrical outlets (things plugged in would just fall out). Unsavory characters looming around the lobby and entrance area. I left after 5 hours.

I was given a room @ first that was extremely hot and smelled horrible and roaches were all over the place. They changed my room and the beds in th next room would flop to one side if u sit on the side of the bed. Me and my family had to lay across the bed to keep it from falling over. Ridiculous!

Everything smelled like smoke, even the non-smoking rooms. The underside of my toilet seat had yellow pee stains. In the pool was non-functioning and the gym hadn't been opened since COVID. After my toilet got clogged and I requested somebody come fix it, nobody came until I called hotels.com. when they came, they yelled at me for being to demanding. It was a nightmare just to be there and I'm so glad it's over. Never again.

Bathroom toilet was not cleaned. TV remote was missing. Refrig made noises all night. Bed was clean and comfy. Card key did not work from entry outside front door after hours. Shower water supply was weirdest one I have ever seen, took a while to figure out how to get hot water. It was very quiet overall and room was set up nicely.
