Richard F. at the front desk is impeccable at ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay - best in class service and management of guest relations, friendly and seems highly regarded and respected by his colleagues. I would highly recommend this hotel for new visitors to Atlanta as it is centrally located near BOTH downtown and midtown day to day and tourists spots.

Hotel seemed old, hotel had an old smell. No room-service. Had to request house keeping 3 times before they cleaned the room, seems they don’t come clean daily.

Room was clean. Several problems; AC/Heat didn’t work properly. Desk chair/bedside lamp both broken. Bathroom lighted mirror didn’t light. Comfy bedding. Also, for a nonsmoking place, I smelled a LOT of weed. And staff ur bar better. 20 minutes for drink, ridiculous. Also, there is very little parking on premises. You basically have to valet($50) or park across the street ($25).

I enjoyed staying here, the room was clean. And the staff were nice and friendly. It's just that I was given a corner room, very far from the elevator. And there are no restaurants around the hotel.

Property itself is big. It is in downtown Atlanta so there are lots of things to do in a walking distance. My room was outdated and not well kept. The tv remote didn’t work, the main light was broken, the shower head wouldn’t stay up. There were multiple charges once I arrived at the property. The only on site parking they offered was valet which was $50 a day ( $10 for oversized vehicles) or you can leave your car in the public parking lots which are $15-$25 a day, they charge a daily destination fee of $27.23 but they give you a $10 card to use during your stay on food and drink but breakfast is $15 for the basic continental and $26.50 if you want scrambled eggs and sausage, etc (the stuff you get for free at other hotels), and they charge a $100 incidental hold. The hotel was not anywhere near as nice as the pictures online. They barely have any staff so breakfast was a hassle. Over all, everything looks worn down and un-clean. Would not stay here again.

Jacqueline with Margaritaville at the concierge desk was absolutely amazing. I needed some help getting some documents together prior to my appointment at the German consulate and she took every second that I needed to make sure that I had everything that I needed for my appointment. Kudos to you all for having such an Amazing ray of sunshine representing your brand
