They tried ….
Our AC unit did not work. Workers were trying to fix it when we arrived. Called in to day it wasn’t working still and they tried. Turns out it was an electrical unit. They quickly relocated us across the hallway.

The service I received was trouble when I first got t there I asked him did they have a tub so I can soak the man said they don't have any Jacuzzis so they had tubs get to my room they don't have no tub only a stand-up shower in the shower was broken it had one sliding glass and a curtain then I wasn't able to make it back in my room on time for check out I've been checked out now for 2 days and still have not received my belongings I don't know if someone stole them or if they there or not I still haven't got my belongings and my personal hygiens I can't take a shower as soon as the worst visit with the Marriott have ever experienced
