While our stay had some significant issues, I wanted to highlight that we left a positive review on Google because of the exceptional service we received from Ramona at the front desk. She truly made our stay worthwhile, going above and beyond with her kindness, care, and recommendations for local attractions and dining. She was an absolute highlight of our trip, and we are grateful for her help. However, we did encounter some serious issues during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom was flooded. We used the only two towels provided to clean it up, and I personally had to repair the shower knob myself. We called for additional towels four separate times and unfortunately, never received them. Due to my son’s medical condition, he was unable to leave the room for a couple of hours, and I had to stay with him. As a result, we had no choice but to eventually go out and locate housekeeping ourselves to obtain fresh towels. Additionally, there were some other concerns, such as peeling paint on the walls, musty conditions, the absence of ice machines on the floors, and a non-functional TV. Most notably, we were unable to keep any of my son’s medication cold, which is necessary due to his condition. This required us to make frequent trips to the lobby and the bar (when it was open) to get ice to store his medication.

Our room was not cleaned ONCE in the four day stay, no soap, or clean linens provided, and other guests discussed their frustrations openly in the elevator. My husband and I stayed here this weekend and let me just say I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay at this place. We didn’t have clean towels for 3 days. The first day the towels in our room were dirty we went to the front desk and told them and they stated they didn’t have any clean towels and were washing them. This was what they stated everyday after Friday. We had to buy our own towels to use which is crazy!! The hater was also not working in other room. They didn’t not come in our room one time to clean the room or bathroom. This is a big no no and corporate should be contacted. The ice machine was broken and they didn’t have any ice buck in the room. The valet attendants were great and one of them left our car outside running when we handed them the keys because no one came out to greet us. This place is NO STAY for myself and family! I wish I had read the reviews before booking! When I checked out this morning I spoke to a manager who stated they would get in contact with me for compensation! We will see how this goes! I am also calling corporate in the morning. Something should be done about this hotel!!

It was dirty and ran down … The staff was very rude , shower curtain had mold / mildew room had a strange scent . Air conditioner was loud
