I have stayed at this Doubletree a number of times. Like the other times, it was comfortable. This time it was not as relaxing due to the construction noise, but hotels do not get improved without construction.

Parking is so extremely limited that I had to have my guest bring an Uber from the airport to ensure I wouldn’t lose my parking spot because there were no other spots available, and guests were parked along the exterior walls of the lot just to have a spot to park. For a Double Tree- this is not what you would expect in many ways. Don’t come with “Hilton” experience expectations!

Visiting Atlanta for a concert, stayed here for two nights. This was close enough to downtown, but not right in the middle of it. Free parking. First room given the door would not close and lock properly. The door latch plate was completely ruined. Went to the front desk, person was nice but wanted us to wait while it was fixed. It didn't look like an easy fix. We were assigned the room next door. The door was ok. It did close and lock, but was difficult to open. The same with the bathroom door. Could use a new shower curtain (ripped and snaps falling off). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything appeared to be clean. 2nd night of stay, got back late from the concert. There was a roach on the wall. Yuck! If there's one, there's more. The only food we had was in the refrigerator. The freezer portion had too much ice buildup. Very quiet while in the room. No road noise, no visitor noise.

The property staff were very friendly and the location was convenient for the purpose of trip. The property needs a huge makeover. The bathroom ceiling had mold and chipped paint, the handrail in shower was coming apart, and the commode seat needs to be replaced. And I’m a non smoker every thing in the room smelled like smoke!

The ac didnt work and another room the knobbs on the tub was broke. The hotel charged my card another 78 dollar's. And then we had the staff came to our room at 11 pm and just handed me toilet paper and walked away and didnt say anything. 30 minutes later another staff member came knocking and when i answered the door they said sorry wrong room and walked away

This place was the worst!!! There was a lot of people hanging out by the front door. Which wasn't a problem everyone there was friendly. But the staff had a big attitude when it came to the breakfast. They want us to pay for breakfast which isn't a problem but when we try to see what all they offer it was the reg breakfast hotel have for free. But we still would have paid until the lady had an attitude about us walking in and looking. She was loud rude and yelling at us like we was a customer. I stay in low budget motels that treated me better.
