This hotel was fantastic! I had a two-night stay here, and everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and well-appointed. But my favorite part was the bathroom. It had glass doors, a large mirror with built-in lighting, and a shower that was surprisingly relaxing. The only thing I wish they would include in each room is a microwave. Sometimes, when I’m eating out and want to heat up leftovers, I can’t find a place to do it. So, I usually end up buying a microwave to take with me when I stay at a hotel. Apart from that minor issue, this was a truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Front desk manager named Kenny was nice. The lobby, bar and lounge area is nice. The hallways, elevator and rooms are basic and outdated. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like wet carpet/mildew. The room I had was a two queen size bed room. It was small. The beds were heavily used and uncomfortable. The sliding obscure glass door for the small bathroom makes it feel not so private because if you get out the shower and stand close to the door which you will because it's small. Whoever is on the other side can see a good detail silhouette of you. The actual sliding door was missing the bottom glide track which made the door swing from the top rollers and hit the wall that is beside the door. I told another front desk person about it and that the dry wall was all cracked (which I did not do) they just smiled and said oh thanks I'll let a engineer know. I knew right away he didn't care because he didn't even ask what room it was and was quick to going back to his computer. I expected so much more with something that has the Hilton name attached to it. I feel as though the Hilton part is the lobby, bar and lounge but the actual room is basic, outdated and uncomfortable for long stays. Unfortunately for me it was booked months in advance and around Thanksgiving.
