Place was very nice. When I walked in the room it smelled very flowery. The separate bedroom was nice as well as the living area. The only downside is the bathroom was very small so I had to maneuver around the toilet to get the door to shut. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

I booked the room for the Usher concert. It was canceled, but I wasn't able to cancel the room. When my boyfriend and I got in the bed that night, we immediately started itching, but we didn't get up to check the bed like we should've. We didn't see anything on top of the sheets, so we went to sleep. The next morning we were lying in the bed and I saw something moving on the sheets. It was a bed bug. I immediately called the front desk and I was asked to hold the bug until someone got there. My boyfriend held the bug inside the pillowcase. They sent a female up with a plastic bag to catch it. I advised her that it was a bed bug. She then asked how did I know. That was an offensive question to me because everyone has looked on Google to see what that look like. We looked at the sheets after she left since it was daylight and saw red spots on the sheets. The manager called back and said that he will accommodate me for the room, but not the parking. I advised him that I had booked the room again for December, but I wasn't sure if I would keep those reservations. When I went down to check out, the manager had accommodated me for the parking as well. I explained to him how I didn't like what the lady he sent to get the bug said to me. I told him that I didn't have any bed bugs at my home. He then told me that they didn't have any bed bugs either. I really felt violated and canceled my reservations for December. The room also had an odor.

Our stay was OK. The front desk people were only friendly if you had to talk to them. They never greeted us or looked our direction when coming or leaving. We had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door and had cleaning personnel walk in our room unannounced. I’ve stayed at cleaner hotels and certainly dirtier hotels - this one was right in the middle. The water pressure was good and was nice and hot - so that was nice. Breakfast was ok, standard hotel food.

Our flight was canceled so we had to change our reservation last minute and they were very accommodating. Staff were very friendly! Hotel room was spacious, clean and bed were comfortable. Walking distance to everything. We will be back!
