Hotel was nice... Very busy. Bed and sheets could have been a little better. Breakfast was great compared to most hotels. Connie at the omelet station was amazing and deserves recognition. All of the front desk agents were very polite and helpful. Great location - walkable and within a few minutes drive to most places.

The staff was very friendly. The cons of my stay was that it took too long when requesting maintenance to unclog the toilet, I was gone for the majority of the day and room wasn’t clean, trash was not emptied. The only thing we received were new towels. I also requested tissue because we ran out and did not receive it. This Embassy also does not have a jacuzzi.

My stay went well. The hotel was clean & the free breakfast was a plus. I was able to change my initial booking from a king size to 2 queens & sofa bed without any problems. The room I was assigned had some evidence of mold (or something that looked like mold). The room I settled in was fine. The 2nd TV had issues with connectivity but it was able to be serviced. I would stay again.

The property was very clean. However, I could here all the traffic passing by the hotel inside of my room. Also, there was no way to turn off the lights around the headboard or the lights around the TV in the room. I feel like after paying the price of the room parking should be free.

We enjoyed the complimentary evening snack and drink and above expected breakfast selections. We did not enjoy paying 37USD nightly for parking.

I like that the property was in the city and close to dining, downtown and shopping. I did not like the appearance of the property and our room. Due to the poorly cleaned and maintenance of the room we had to move to a different room. The second room was just as dirty. I had to purchase cleaning supplies before allowing my family to unpack. Also the staff was not attentive. We called multiple times to get housekeeping and no one answered or returned our call. Also, when attempting to reach the front desk our calls also went unanswered multiple time. Very disappointing stay. Couldn’t get a refund so we had to stay.
