For a hotel rated so highly I was disappointed. Check in was great but my room was sub par. The HVAC made noise in the room all night and the bathroom HVAC was even louder even with door closed. The toilet paper holder was broken. Lights in bathroom came on slowly and flickered. Bed covers are thin so if room was comfortable sleeping temp rest of me was cold and if feet warm too hot to sleep in. Just disappointing. I mentioned concerns at checkout and was promised some IHG points which I have not yet received. High marks for rainfall shower with good pressure and general room cleanliness.

Nice hotel
Great hotel in a good area. Very central location to allow for day trips etc. Downtown Alpharetta is just a short drive- did I mention there’s a Starbucks right by the hotel? The room is comfortable and a good size as is the bathroom. Everything was very clean and well kept. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but all in all comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
